I have brought 4 different cars into these guys and have had excellent results; a 2001 Ford F-150, a 2001 BMW 750il, a 2003 Cadi Deville DTS (I gave to my niece last year), and now a Mercedes CL-55 AMG that I just bought. They are very difficult to reach by phone and terrible at returning phone calls, however, I talked to the owner, Phil, about fixing this and he is working on it. My experience has been 1st class work on my first 3 cars and I expect the same on the AMG. It takes them longer than most because they are so busy, however, they ONLY do necessary work which ends up in far lower cost than any other mechanics. The mechanics DO NOT get paid commission like every other shop and the dealers, so, there is no incentive to create work.
