I have used Autoverks for 25 years and they are honest, excellent mechanics. They have worked on 5 Mercedes, 2 Pickup Trucks, and many of my friends cars at my recommendation. The previous reviewer was right they are busy. There is a reason for that! more

I have brought 4 different cars into these guys and have had excellent results; a 2001 Ford F-150, a 2001 BMW 750il, a 2003 Cadi Deville DTS (I gave to my niece last year), and now a Mercedes CL-55 AMG that I just bought. They are very difficult to reach by phone and terrible at returning phone calls, however, I talked to the owner, Phil, about fixing this and he is working on it. My experience has been 1st class work on my first 3 cars and I expect the same on the AMG. It takes them longer than most because they are so busy, however, they ONLY do necessary work which ends up in far lower cost than any other mechanics. The mechanics DO NOT get paid commission like every other shop and the dealers, so, there is no incentive to create work. more

My wife brought the vehicle to check the lights on our C300 and change the bulb, the next thing we knew and without our notification, they decided to test our vehicle. Our simple change the light buld for $8-10 turned into a\r $60-70 bill. My wife and I both tried to speak with the owner about correcting this, but they take your name and number and NEVER return the call. They are always occupied. You should think carefully about using them. more

My bill was 4500.00 dollars for numerous repairs. However, some of those repairs, according to the Fayetteville, NC Mercedes Benz dealership, must have been performed by Mr. Magoo without the bifocals. I had a faulty fuel pump installed where as it worked but it was so loud that it should have obviously been replaced with a different one. Likewise, with a fuel pump comes the charge of changing the fuel filter. Additionally, the shop charged me for a b rand new Quakerstate battery that was not putting out enough volts. Eventually, I had to resort to taking the car to the M.B. dealership in Fayetteville, NC and I ended up with another bill for several thousand dollars because of work that had to be corrected from the work done by Autoverks. I had attempted to get reimbursed but the owner, Bill, keeps promising to reimburse my credit card but that's to no avail. I have filled a claim with the FL BBB and will seek an attorney from there.
