I don't know where these reviews came from but the service was way below poor!! I bought a vehicle from them and the next day I start getting hateful phone calls requesting things they already had. I finally after 3 days got that straightened out. I was issued temp tags that expired 09/04/2013. Two weeks before the tags expired I emailed Autoplex to find out where they were and if they had mailed them to me as promised. I got various responses. Mostly excuses. I did not receive the permanent tags until 09/12/2013. This is after being assured several different times the tags would be here on time. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy much less any of my friends!! Their ""promises"" and ""assurance"" are just words they DO NOT back them up!! Bottom line is to save headaches and sanity DO NOT deal with AUTOPLEX!! more

My fiance and I were looking for a used Nissan Pathfinder and visited a few dealerships in the Manassas area. We first dealt with SEHEE Nissan and the used vehicles they had were not very clean, the options listed on the internet were not correct and the salesperson was not very helpful. We went to Autoplex in Manassas and were immediately greeted with a respectful and knowledgeable salesperson named HAMID. He offered a more than fair price for the Pathfinder and treated us as if we were buying a top-of-the-line Acura. Their finance department even offered better financing than our own bank and the whole buying experience was a pleasure. I would recommend Autoplex to anyone wanting to buy an automobile! Next vehicle we purchase, we will definitely go back and see them! I'll tell anyone I know to try them first. A top-notch local company with the best staff in the industry. Thank you AUTOPLEX. more

I negotiated a price with ""Franco"" in the morning and he agreed to change the warped rotors they had covered with new brake pads. He said it would be ready by the time we made the 5 hour drive from Chapel Hill. We called while on the road to confirm and everything was fine. more

Nader (alias Franco) is a man of very weak character who will not honor his word and cannot be trusted. Franco is the smooth salesman and Nader is the liar/cheater. He may operate inside the laws of trade (maybe) but he operates way outside the laws of decency and honesty.\r \r We had identified a car at his dealership that might work for our son. Even though they assured us it had been thoroughly checked out we still wanted to have Pre Purchase Inspection (PPI) performed by an independent mechanic at our expense. The report came back with issues but we decided to push forward. I negotiated a price with Franco in the morning and he agreed to change the warped rotors they had covered with new brake pads. We called while on the road to confirm and everything was fine. \r \r When we arrived Franco sheepishly told us that he had just sold it but that he would give us a deal on any other car. We were in disbelief – we had a verbal agreement and made the 5 hour drive based on it. At first he balked at the idea that we had an agreement but for a few minutes he actually embraced honesty and called the new buyer to explain his mistake but he quickly retreated when the new buyer threatened a lawsuit. Liars are by definition cowards and Nader is both.\r \r He then offered to give us a great deal on one of two other cars. One would not start and the other had a Carfax that included White Out covering info and at least two obvious indications of rollbacks that he defended as typos. He also had a crazy explanantion for why the three owners listed were really just one. He has an explanation and excuse for everything and he lies right to your face. \r \r When my son lost his temper and used profanity Nader muttered something about catching it on camera and scurried back into his office, believing the terribly frustrated teen’s profanity completely cancelled out his own lies, broken verbal agreement and very questionable paperwork. Like other dishonest cowards, I do not believe Franco/Nader is fully aware of the extent of his lying and of his lack of honor. I followed him back into office and told him that my wife (a lawyer) and I would be pursuing this since I was out roughly $400 at this point and he blatantly broke our verbal agreement and did not even have the decency to call us so we could avoid what ended up being 10 hours of driving.\r \r Nader’s despicable business practices can only continue if nobody pursues the lies and misdeeds but there is very little incentive for consumers to do so. But clearly Nader was concerned that we might do just that. So the next morning, like the sniveling coward he is, Nader called the police to his shop and said he was worried about calls we were making and felt threatened. The police officer clearly thought Nader was pathetic and encouraged me to use the Better Business Bureau and other civil venues. I explained to the officer that I would in fact continue calling Nader and would not fall for his preemptive gesture to intimidate me from pursuing his lies and broken contracts. But we all know there is not much I can do. \r \r The silver lining is that my 18 year son has seen a clear example of how not to treat people and what kind of man not to be. Nader is a weak, dishonest person whose word is meaningless. He will serve as a role model for the worst kind of man - a dishonest man with no integrity.\r \r No doubt there are some straight forward transactions and satisfied customer s but there will also be lots of trickery, lying and cheating. I would avoid Autoplex and the cowardly Nader at all costs and do not take their word or documents as face value. There are so deeply dishonest they do not even seem aware of when they are lying. And if you challenge them they call the police on you.\r \r P.S. Whatever he posts in response should not be believed, more

I purchased my suv from Franco and I love my truck. I have never had any problem with it outside of normal mantainance and the inevitable Ford ball joints. I have recomended friends to him who have bought and enjoyed thier vehicles as well. Franco has always been curtious and helpful when i needed any service. He even delivered the truck after emission inspection. Great guys and work. more

I had a great experience with Autoplex. I was looking for a car that could fit my limited budget. They offered me a 1998 Toyota Avalon. I have put more than 10,000 miles on it since I bought it and have driven it from VA to OH 3 times in this period and loved my car. It is very reliable. If you know your budget and research what you can buy with that, I think this place offers reliable cars at a lower price compared to other places. more

I just purchased 2008 Mercedes from this dealership and could not be more pleased. The owner went out of his way to find the right car and directed me to a high quality buy. He was diligent and courteous, and did not try and push me in a direction in which I did not want to go. This is the best car dealership with whom I have ever dealt over several years, and I could not recommend the owner and the dealership more highly. more

I had a pretty good experience with Autoplex. The salesman treated me well and so did the other employees. I asked to look at a car and he gave me the keys and left me alone. I was able to do a thorough uninterrupted inspection of the vehicle. When I decided to purchase it they had me up and out of there in 15 minutes flat. After a 150 mile drive home to Maryland I had the car inspected and it passed without even a headlight adjustment. It's in good shape and as advertised. Used cars are a gamble even for the dealer guys. I worked for a dealership for years and know where these independent dealers get their cars. They can't promise it will be a new car and have no real way to know if hidden problems are there. You need to really go over the vehicles yourself, and the guys at Autoplex were more than willing to let me do that. I'm happy. Oh PS, I also went to a number of major dealers with shady salesmen that flat out lied to me. Autoplex did not. more

To all of you who wrote all these complains regarding AUTOPLEX in Manassas VA: My dears if you think you got a vehicle it was rolled back on the mileage, it was a salvage vehicle, it was wrecked before and we fixed it, and all the lies you all wrote here, let me tell all of you one thing as an OWNER OF AUTOPLEX. By law in the state of VIRGINIA if my dealership or any other dealerships, sales a vehicle with one of the above issues, call DMV in Richmond, VA and put your complain. DMV will shut down the business, willl fine the dealership and possible of jail time. If you are a customer and really purchased a vehicle with one the above issues, please don't wait and do it. If you never bought a vehicle from us and putting a complain here for what reason I don't know, don't do it please. Wish you all good luck. more
