Outstanding Service! 5/8/2014

I’ve taken my Lexus here twice- once for a new radiator and once for body work. Their customer service is great and they’re really honest. I was referred to by a coworker who has been going for years and I intend to do the same. It’s pretty convenient as well because Enterprise will pick you up from there and it’s also close to a metro spot. more

I took my Chevy Tahoe here to have some mechanical work done. Great customer service and the quality of the work was superb. I shopped around before deciding on which garage to go with. Automotive Service Garage had the best pricing available. I will continue doing business with them in the future. So happy to have found them...could not have found a better garage! more

I took my truck here after going to several other places and being turned away because they did not have the equipment to do an alignment on a quad cab (too long). \r \r Anyway, these guys were good over the phone and in person. Gave me a quote over the phone for the front wheels only and also one for all the wheels. I had some recent minor suspension work done, so I knew the alignment was off. Also, since it is a solid rear axle, I was 90% sure there was no way to do an ""alignment"" on the rear. Sure enough they only charged for the front. \r \r They also called and said that they noticed that my torsion bars could use an adjustment. I told them to go ahead and make the adjustments. They made the adjustment at no charge. I know its a very minor thing and easy to do, but I also know that most shops would have charged.\r more

These guys were great. They were able to quickly and cheaply ($120) get my car back on the road when the clutch was having problems. Turned out it was the clutch master cylinder, which the tech showed me and explained how it worked. I'll go to these guys next time I've got problems. more

That's what I call service 9/5/2013

I chose them based on the reviews online to check out an older used car before buying it. I brought it in, and they looked it over, and the car turned out to have rust all over the undercarriage and brakes. The mechanic spent 20 minutes with me explaining everything and answering all my questions. He was very patient, and when I asked how much I owed him, he said don't worry about it. I think that shows that these guys are doing good business and aren't just out to get your money. more

Doesn't squeal anymore 8/23/2013

I needed some repairs done to my truck. They replaced my belts and hoses that were worn down to nothing. We are glad that our truck doesn’t squeal anymore. more

It’s so nice to find an honest mechanic and the team at Auto Service Garage have been that to me many times over. I just took in my 2002 Acura in today because the positive battery lead tightening nut had snapped off and was expecting at least a hundred dollar repair to replace the leads. I got a call this afternoon and they told me that they replaced the battery lead for me at a fraction of the price I was considering. They could have easily charged me $100 or more and I wouldn't have been the wiser. They have always delivered above and beyond what I expect. more
