I was impressed with the calm, professional atmosphere and the way I was treated. I also got a detailed print out of what my car needs to have done. I will definitely be going back! more

My visit 10/10/2011

At my last visit, you reporte 10% use of my brakes left. Right after my visit, my son had my car in Colorado running errands for me and the brake booster started hissing. He took it to a SAAB dealer who fixed it, saying it was most unusual for it to happen and I had 50% use left of my brakes. I never recieved the $20 promised me for making a online appt. more

Tom and his staff and mechanics have serviced my 2004 Mini Coooper for almost three years. They provide a thorough review and inspection with every issue I have had. They are very, very knowledgeable. Their prices are more than fair. They recommend ONLY what is necessary, and discuss a reasonable timetable when repairs should be made. On a personal basis, they treat you with respect and kindness and make sure you understand the suggestions they make and why they made them. This is why I feel they go "above and beyond" any other experience I have had with others in the business. more

Left a memorable performance of Faust to discover my clutch had gone south. Called AAA, had the car tolled to the recommended repair shop. Arrived at the facility which was clean, efficient and friendly. Received their estimate, and promise of time to get the job done. Not only was my car ready as they promised, but it was $500.00 under the estimate. Amazing! how often do you think this happens? Kudos to the management, to their employees and to AAA for recommending this repair job. And on top of all these goodies, I had my car washed. Thank you to the management and workers. A grateful opera lover! more

The Fastest Shop Visit Ever! 8/19/2011

I brought my truck in at the last minute due to mechanical failure on the hwy, and since they are AAA approved I felt good about the experience from the start. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and concerned for my welfare being without a truck. Excellent customer service, im happy to have found a trustworthy, helpful mechanics shop. :) more

" Repair" of old Volvo brick station wagon 8/12/2011

I have an old rear drive Volvo wagon. At 201,000 miles, the old gal wore out her driveshaft center bearing. The driveshaft was removed, the halves were separated, and the dead bearing was replaced. Apparently, the driveshaft was not aligned as it was when the driveshaft was removed from the car because now there is serious vibration when the vehicle is underway. I think my experience with your shop is a severe case of chain jerking as well as take the money and run. more
