Help with contacting Audi customer service 7/22/2011

Putting me in touch with a consumer advocate at Audi resulted In a relatively speedy resolution of my problem--the failure of the transmission on a vehicle with only 28k miles. Audi agreed to pay 60 percent of the cost of a new transmission. more

Dissatisfied. Repair of $443 and still not repaired. 7/16/2011

Engine light on/replaced oygen sensor/drove 30 miles/engine light came back on!!! We are dissatified. more

$110.00 oil change 6/16/2011

This organization is the last place I would ever take my car. Performed service that was specifically declined, and upon calling me to say repairs complete, asked if they should change the oil and filter. Complaint of oil change cost, they said professional mechanic did oil change and others lost money on low cost oil changes......Stay away from these people........ more

I contacted Automotive Resources after having electrical issues with my 2003 Saturn. I dropped off my car after hours & received a courtesy call the next morning to confirm they would make an assessment. I received a follow-up call before noon with an estimate as well as a comprehensive list of other (non-electrical) work that need to be completed. The technician helped me prioritize and work was completed by early afternoon. I appreciated the shop's overall attention to detail and honest advice as to what repairs were the most critical. Plus, I got a discount for being a AAA member! more
