As always, they have the "service" part of customer service mastered! I'm pleased, the only way they could make it any better (for me, anyway) is to do it FREE. Probably not going...

I made an appt time to bring my car in on a Thursday morning. My car was serviced as fast as they were able to and still in more than enough time for me to make it to where I needed to be by noon. more

Best team for your car 6/23/2014

I have sent my car there for a few years and the team at Automotive One is the ONLY team i let touch my car. I have a 96 Jeep on the verge of 300,000 miles and the main reason my car has lasted this long (and hopefully much longer) is the team at Automotive One. They are honest, reliable, and great guys to work with during stressful times. more

Great service 5/7/2014

I've been dealing with Dave, Todd and Leon for over 15 years on a variety of vehicles. Service is always performed as promised, on time and with few surprises. While they're not the cheapest, they've worked with me from time to time to match a competitor's price. Great shop, great people. Oh yeah, Larry will even drop you off or pick you up. more
