I BROKE DOWN ON A TRIP TO VICTORIA ON A SATERDAY AFTERNOON AND MY TRUCK WAS TOWED TO AUTOMOTIVE DIAGNOSTIC CENTER IN MARYSVILLE. BY 4PM THEY HAD MY CAR REPAIRED AND I WAS BACK ON THE ROAD AGAIN. My vehicle broke down on the freeway , I called a tow company and they referred me to automotive diagnostic center. They had my car fixed and I was back on the road that day. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Pros: I got to see my parts they replaced more

I brought my vehicle in for routine service, oil change and such. There was a service light for my engine, but it didn't seem to affect the way the vehicle performed. They checked the light, it was minor-some exhaust sensor was out of range, and service the vehicle. After the estimate was agreed, they completed the service and finished repairs. I had a complimentary inspection for future service recommendations-nothing major, but i keep my vehicle in good condition-oh and they noticed that, which was nice. My Buick is still running good-no light, and due for my third service there. They've treated my fair and have been helpful in explaining repair estimates. I have recommended them to friends and feel comfortable at this facility. Pros: good communication and upfront Cons: none on my visit more

Absolutely disappointing service. I had to bring in the car on five occasions to fix the problems that started in their shop.\r \r I had the car worked on, and when I drove it out of the shop I immediately noticed a problem the car never had that must have originated at the shop. I brought it in for them to fix their mistake but they diagnosed it, perhaps conveniently, as a different problem, something they didn't have a hand in. To fix it would be $700. After this ""fix,"" it exhibited the same characteristic problems as before. \r \r I brought it in again (why?!), hoping it really was fixable. It was fine for a day before the same thing occurred. Then, as I was driving the temperature gauge inexplicably spiked, and my car overheated. I bring it in this time and it's $2000. I still don't have the car after more than 2 weeks in the shop. I asked if they could cover part of the rental car (which at this point exceeded $700!!) for their untimely service, and I was laughed at. Can you believe it? It's out of their hands, they say.\r \r Objectively now, they take forever for repairs, they're always backed up, and I had a tough time having them return my phone calls. \r \r Automotive Diagnostic has three branches: Marysville, Mt. Vernon, and Monroe. I dealt with Marysville and Mt. Vernon, and I would recommend neither. Beware if you decide to take your car in for repair here. I would strongly reconsider. It may cost you.
