I happened to make my way in to this downtown eatery a few nights ago, a Wed, to be exact. I was told by our very friendly and attentive server that there had been a few changes to the restaurant's theme and that the new chef/manager was taking things in a very different direction. The server also told me that for the next few weeks that the menu would be changing very frequently as the new chef was creating new and exciting menu items to replace the old ""jerk"" items of the past. It seemed that the new guy, David Schrier, I think, was really proud of using local products, which is a big plus in my book. I had the TN strip steak which was cooked perfectly, and it came with a local blue cheese fondue and hand cut fries. AMAZING! The shared plates were great as well. Bobby, the bartender, mixed delicious martinis (the list had over 50 different ones), all for only $5 a pop. This is a gem of a restaurant, and I wish them the best of luck. I see myself as becoming a regular. I WILL BE BACK!!!!!
