We have utilized AHT on several occasions. Our living room home theater set up was both designed and installed by AHT, and we have been extremely pleased with our purchase. In addition to the home theater installation, AHT has also installed outdoor speakers for our backyard, as well as a kitchen television. One other note: AHT also provides so-called ""green"" services, and helped significantly reduce our electricity bills via a variety of services. I would urge those interested in any or all of the above services to seek out the expertise of AHT. more

MISSING THE FACTS 6/1/2010

This customer seems to forget the actual FACTS of the transaction. Service had been refused because of the EXTREMELY delinquent status of the account. After multiple attempts to collect the past balance due, the customer agreed to bring the account current when the technician showed up to service her vac unit. While writing the check, the customer became verbally abusive to the technician. The customer would not allow the service technician access to the garage to service the unit and continued the verbal abuse. There are many other FACTS surrounding the history of our relationship with this customer. The warranty was fully honored. When the warranty was up, we determined that it was no longer in our best interests to continue work with this customer and recommended that she contact another service center. Beware 9/21/2009

This company did a large install of a vacuum system in our home. They were happy to service for the term of the limited warranty. But when the warranty was up, they told us to go do business with someone else. I guess it was too expensive for them to service what they install. They just want the big sale, but are not willing to stand behind it. Big mistake on our part. Buyer beware. Cons: Get the money and run more
