Outstanding 5 Star Auto Repair Shop 10/14/2010

AutoCraft of Spokane Valley is excellent! It is nice to find an alternative to the dealers. I just had my '02 Tacoma serviced there and they did such a great job and treated me so well that I brought my '10 Mazda 3 in for maintenance. Their service writer Herb is very knowledgeable and fair. He is a real car guy with great customer service. Dave the owner was a great guy and he even drove me to work once I dropped my car off, now that is showing your customer that you really care. I have no complaints about this shop at all and will definitely return for as long as I am in the Spokane area and will recommend to all of my friends. more

I have a 1992 Ford F250 with a lot of problems. Dave, Herb and the guys from Autocraft take the time to listen to me when I describe the problems, unlike most mechanics. They have even taken time out of their busy day to ride around town with me until we hear or experience the problems. Because of their patience, they were able to diagnose an occasional, yet VERY dangerous problem, and they fixed it quickly and at a fair price! They remember me when I call and affectionately refer to my truck as "The Yellow Banana". This personal, yet profesional service is what keeps me coming back to them. more

Very fast!! 8/28/2010

I had my car checked out since my steering wheel felt 'wobbly' at higher speeds. I didn't know if I needed an alignment or just balanced tired. So they took it for a spin and had it ready less than two hours after I'd dropped it off! Plus, since I am female, I always wonder if I'm being treated fairly. They DO NOT condescend to me and they talked to me as if I have a brain in my head. I felt like the price I paid was reasonable and fair. more

I moved from Spokane 7 years ago. Recenrly, my teenage daughters car broke down on the way from Seattle to Spokane. I got a hold of the people (Auto Craft in Spokane Valley) I trusted with all my cars for the 13 years I lived in Spokane. Dave & Herb helped arrange to get her car to Spokane and then quickly identified the problem. They worked with my new mechanic in Oregon City OR and quickly had my daughters car back on the road again. Thank You Auto Craft. They are take care of our vechiles in a timely manner, they are always friendly and easy to talk to, they do a good job and are honest. It is so important to trust the people working on our vechiles.
