Having moved to Spokane Valley from Southern California, I needed to find a reliable auto repair service to maintain and/or repair my 2007 Honda. Autocraft, located in the Valley, fits the bill. The folks there are professional and friendly, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. How do you beat that ? more

I dare anyone to find a better Auto Repair shop. 2/13/2014

I consider myself a car guy, with that, I am very particular with care and maintenance of my vehicles. I have been an AutoCraft customer for 15 years thanks to their excellent service. Since my Wife and Children drive our vehicles daily, I am confident I am sending them out in the safest vehicle possible thanks to Dave or Herb. I can't think of a higher recommendation than that.. more

Thank you Autocraft for repair of all things small and large. A clean store, excellent communications, no surprises or how to operate a business like I would want it operated! After 177,000 miles we now have our Blazer back! It is enjoyable to drive again! We wish you much success more

Take it to AutoCraft 9/4/2013

Dave and his team have been taking care of my car, Rosie, for years, handling all her routine maintenance and keeping her running tip top. Herb is great at translating “car speak” so their diagnosis of Rosie's occasional mechanical issue makes sense to me. Their estimates are accurate. They understand everyone lives on a budget and they will let you know if something needs to be done “right now”, or if it can wait a bit. They work hard to get you back into your vehicle as quickly as possible. Dave always says the best thing you can do for your car is change the oil regularly. I would add… and take it to AutoCraft. more

A friend recommended Auto Craft to me when I was disappointed with the local dealership who had been servicing my Nissan. I am extremely pleased with the service (both vehicle and customer) and cost for the work I have had done. I wouldn't even consider using another automotive service after using Auto Craft. more

very friendly, honest and knowledgable 9/16/2012

when i was first told (by the dealer) how much it was going to cost me to remove the "check engine light" from the dashboard of my recently purchased, 9-year old VW, i almost had a heart attack! after a short discussion with Autocraft, they agreed to let me bring in used parts and they fixed my car for less than 1/2 of the original estimate! The car was fixed in a timely manner. It runs great! thank you! more
