I'm glad I visited so many other dealers before driving from Boston to check out cars at Autobahn. I'm not sure I would've known how wonderfully different Ed and all of Stacy's crew were. I have to admit when it was time to buy a newer vehicle I was not looking forward to get the run around or the hassle with a car dealership. I had a different feeling when I arrived at Autobahn. The staff was very friendly and not pushy. I really liked that, sales rep Eduardo Pereira was very professional and made the experience easy. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all friends who are looking to buy a car. more

I was very pleased with my experience at Autobahn. Because of the service and customer care I receive, I purchase my car with EDUARDO. It's nice to finally deal with a fair and honest dealership .Eduardo work hard at pleasing my every need in my car purchase, knowledge was remarkable and I really appreciated the respect he gave me as a person. I was wary about going to an independent used car dealer but I have to say that after working with Kyle for my BMW, I was extremely pleased. Not on only was Kyle patient and found the right car and price for me, all the other employees from the General Manager to the Service Manager went out of their way to make the car buying experience a positive experience. Even after I ""signed"" the paperwork and bought the car, I went back several times for questions and other issues - everyone helped without any hesitation.\r \r If you are looking for a newer used luxury vehicle in the greater Boston area, I would definitely recommend this dealer and if you go, make sure you ask for Kyle, he will take care of you. more

I thought Kyle was a considerate and honest gentleman. He was straight with me and did not try to sell me something I did not need. He was kind and friendly and knew about the car he was showing me. The dealership took great care in helping me find the best financing deal and I would buy another car from them in the future. The process took a little longer than I thought it would but overall i felt that I was sold the car I wanted at the best financing they could help me get and I never felt at any time that I was being taken advantage of in any way. Other dealerships I went to try to sell me the worse deal possible for me to make themselves the most money. I did not get that impression here. Great experience overall. more

AWESOME CARS!! EXCELLENT SERVICE, FANTASTIC PRICES!! I went to buy a BMW X5 and was amazed by Autobahns selection of cars. They treated me like a VIP and gave me an amazing deal on the BMW X5 and an excellent rate of my financing. I found out about Autobahn through a friend who got an excellent deal and was in love with her Audi A4. I test drove 3 cars and all were superb it was hard to make a decision between so many excellent cars. They showed me a carfax on every car I was interested in and fully disclosed any information that was needed. They warranty all their cars and offer extended manufacturers warranty's as well. I made sure to purchase an extended warranty since I am buying a high priced used car because after all it is used and cars can have problems down the road. It's been 3 months since my purchase and my car drives like a dream. My next purchase will be for my daughter and the only place I will look to buy car is at Autobahn! more

My experience at Autobahn USA was just about as pleasent of a car buying experience could be. Nobody likes to be ""SOLD"". Purchasing a car is a large investment and being comfortable with the car, dealership, and sales team is criticle. Kyle at Autobahn USA exceeded my expectations of what I thought a car salesman was.
