I needed an oil change and had my 3 and 5 year old boys with me. I went to Auto Aid with a last minute appointment and they made me and my sons feel so comfortable. The job was done quickly and efficiently. My sons were playing at the kids' corner and I felt at ease knowing that all of us were being taken care of. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend Auto Aid for anyone who is looking for excellent service, competitive prices and trustworthy people. Thanks Auto Aid for being the best in LA!!!\r more

I like that they have a rewards program. All the money you spend her gives you points which can later be redeemed for loyalty certificates. You can also get points for telling your friends about the shop.\r more

The entrance to the shop is clearly marked and all you have to do is drive in. Everyone is really friendly. The shop is also very clean, probably one of the cleanest shops I've ever seen. The owner even asked me what made me choose their shop and personally thanked me for coming in.\r more

I had this annoying shaking in my front tires when I braked. I took my car to another shop and they told me I need to replace my rotors and do a total brake job. Jack and David took a look at it and told me I just needed to resurface the rotors and I was good to go! Thank you Auto Aid for your honesty, professionalism and saving me a lot of money!\r more

Brought my car here, at the suggestion of a friend. I was extremely nervous because I don't know anything about cars and didn't know if I was being overcharged (being laid off, I was weary of the cost). I had lots of questions. I met David and he was extremely patient. My car needed quite a bit of work and he explained everything that needed to be done, which parts should be fixed immediately and which parts we had a little more time with, what everything did and the breakdown of cost. AND, the best part, when I picked up my car, it had been washed! I am very appreciative of the service I received from David and the crew at AutoAid.\r more

Reliable Car Shop 1/4/2010

Finding a reliable car service/repair shop I guess is always a challenge for most of us especially women. I found Auto Aid and Rescue thru AAA and I?ve had my car serviced by them probably three times already. They are very efficient, trustworthy and have great customer service. The first thing that caught my attention was the cleanliness of the place. I felt comfortable right away. David was very professional and helpful. He explained everything to me and I didn?t have to wait long for my car to be serviced. I didn?t mind waiting though as their waiting area was equipped with a TV, coffee, kids play area (good for the moms) and most importantly a super clean restroom. Thanks to Auto Aid and Rescue ? going to a car shop will not be as unpleasant anymore?. more

Reliable and Friendly Auto Repair 11/22/2009

In short I can tell you that I've been a loyal customer of AutoAid & Rescue for 20 years. In all my years of car ownership - BMWs, VW, Volvo, Ford, Toyotas, Plymouth Voyager - I have never had a better experience with auto service and customer care. Jack and David are honorable and sociable. Prices are fair and the service is "priceless." Never, never, never have I been sold or recommended something that was not needed. Moreover, when an future repair is upcoming it is suggested to hold off until that time to gain more mileage on that item's repair/replacement thus saving many dollars over the cars lifetime. The shop is always clean and orderly demonstrating a pride of ownership. I'm about two to three miles form the shop and if needed a ride home is always offered. Pros: Best I know of! Cons: None more

Reliable automotive repair 5/4/2009

I actually heard of this great automotive repair shop from a fellow Subaru owner I met in a Trader Joe's parking lot! I believe in recommendations that come with "no strings attached" and she was right! I have been taking my vehicle there for over 6 years, they have "rescued" me when my earlier model Subaru would not start, such gentlemen! Pros: honest and affordable Cons: none more
