Had been going to Firestone for the last 5 years and had just got fed up with them. I knew autoextend was down from my house and thought I might just need to try them out. I was amazed by the professionalism and kindness towards me. I had gone in to get my oil change and see if I needed new tires. They told me no you don't need new tires , but you will in about 3,000 miles. Since I was going on a trip to sc in two days I decided that I was going to go on and get tires. It made me feel great that they never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable about the tires. Also they said it would take about 2 hours and if I did not want to wait there they would have someone drive me home and then come back and get me when my car was ready. It was a amazing experience and they will always have my business.
