I recently purchased a car from AutoNation Las Vegas on Sahara. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car in recent memory. Nick Hooshidar and Carl (the Internet Manager) were terrific to deal with. more

I recently bought a brand new SUV from Alex F., at Desert Toyota and had a great experience with him. He explained the options and features of each vehicle we asked to look at. He was very helpful with explaining the warranty we get with a new car. When we plan on buying another car we will look for Alex F.\r \r Thanks,\r Mike more

Look For Gene McCauliff @ Desert Toyota (West Sahara) 12/28/2011

It took me and my wife two years to go back to a Toyota Dealer because of a negative experience with a Sales Guy from the Henderson Area (Findlay) who was HARD SELLING the car to us. That guy was so annoying that we held on to our 8 year old car for two years. To all Car Salesman, remember always that people who go to a car dealer are already 90% decided to purchase a car. We just do not want to be pushed or pressured... Anyway, a week ago we decided to visit Carmax and see other options. We saw a very nice well equipped Prius that my wife really wanted to buy. It had 35000 miles on it for $26000 (excluding tax). I am so glad that we did not purchase the car right away because just about 2 miles away there was a Toyota Dealer (Desert Toyota @ West Sahara). We were met by a very calm and friendly sales person named GENE McCauliff. Please, please, please look for this guy because he is HONEST, NOT PUSHY and PROFESSIONAL! We had to come back after a week to thank him because of our great experience with him. We love our brand new Prius II and we got it for $25500 (0 miles, excluding tax)! Thanks a lot GENE!!! more

Do not go here! 8/12/2010

I bought my Camry from them several years ago. At the time they were pretty good but now I recommend everybody stay away! First the service department is horrible. Aside from terrible people skills (I once waited 5 minutes at the service desk while 3 women talked about their social lives before helping me) they are very dishonest and incompetent. Every time I take my car in for the regular maintenance they ALWAYS tell me something is wrong and dangerous. Last time my breaks were dangerous, and my car severely needed a carbon flushing or something. This was for a young Camry. For cars that are supposed to be so good, why do they find something wrong every time?!?!??? I started paying attention and every customer waiting in the service department had some random ""DANGEROUS"" thing discovered when their car was in for maintenence. When they quoted me a ridiculous price for brakes and a ""carbon flushing"" I had to take it elsewhere to have those done. Then, when I get there they told me that wasn't necessary. THESE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO UPSELL AND MAKE MONEY. On top of that my alignment was off wack after a regular mainenance and they were accusing me! On top of that the salesmen are pushy. I was walking out of the service department and two salesmen started yelling from across the lot for me. I kindly told them no and one of them shouted at me in a rude tone ""Gee thanks lady"". STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! more
