Fast and Courteous 10/12/2015

Showed up early for an oil change appointment and was still seen right away. All employees greeted me and any questions I asked were answered. Waiting room was clean and comfortable with a television, vending machines and complimentary coffee. No complaints whatsoever! more

Used to be a class act now a carnival act 10/9/2015

I have been a customer of Savannah Hyundai for several years. I know many of the service and sales people on a first name basis. This used to be a fist class business. Recently the hired a new sales manager and the business has turned into a carnival show. I'm not impressed with the sales tactics, the hollering on the overhead paging system or the "fast Freddy" commercials. The service center still tries to perform in a professional manner but it's hard to have a conversation about your car when the sales people are making "carni" announcements to all of savannah. I'm only giving two stars b/c the service department is attempting professionalism, while sales is out of control with childish behavior. more

Adam friendly and knowledgeable 9/30/2015

Was a little disappointed in the gentlemen that sits at third desk. Showed him where small splatters of yellow paint was on my car and he suggested going to a place that does detailing to have it cleaned. I though you did detailing at your facility. Also thought might be covered under special contract we are paying extra for dents on side of car (which we have but nothing mentioned about them). Maybe more attention to customers less about ratings. more

Savannah Hyundai Rescued Me! 4/9/2014

I have to take this opportunity to comment Greg and the entire service team at Savannah Hyundai. I was visiting the area on vacation when the alternator malfunctioned leaving me stranded in a parking lot in an unfamiliar city. Since I always take my car to the Hyundai dealership for maintenance, I naturally had my car towed to the local dealership for emergency repair. Greg stepped in and took care of the situation, advising me on next steps until the work was done and I was able to return home safely. Greg’s customer-focused service was exceptional and the Savannah Hyundai service team as attentive and professional as the Pearson Hyundai team in my home city of Richmond VA! more
