Review content:
I have been a customer of Savannah Hyundai for several years. I know many of the service and sales people on a first name basis. This used to be a fist class business. Recently the hired a new sales manager and the business has turned into a carnival show. I'm not impressed with the sales tactics, the hollering on the overhead paging system or the "fast Freddy" commercials. The service center still tries to perform in a professional manner but it's hard to have a conversation about your car when the sales people are making "carni" announcements to all of savannah. I'm only giving two stars b/c the service department is attempting professionalism, while sales is out of control with childish behavior.
