I recently had what I believed would be a routine oil/filter/tire rotation appointment handled at your facility by Mr. Fitzgerald. I own a 2008 Accord which I purchased at your dealership and had, to date, been very satisfied with the automobile and the service.\r

During my recent routine appointment, Mr. Fitzgerald brought to my attention the fact that I had rim damage of which I was unaware and pointed out the inherent safety dangers. Did I want to hear I needed to spend money - no. Mr. Fitzgerald convinced me to do the right thing and handled my subsequent appointment for repairs with the utmost in professionalism and care - he even threw in some pleasant conversational banter. I couldn't have asked for better service fromMr. Fitzgerald and his technicians. Indeed, although I suggested replacing not only one tire, but also a second one to match, Mr. Fitzgerald and his technicians were honest enough to explain why I didn't need a second tire and, why I didn't need an alignment. I am very grateful for the opportunity they afforded me to save some money, especially in this economy and I believe their actions proved false the old stereotype of auto dealers gouging customers at every turn.\r
