No Headaches 11/1/2010

I have been to a few different Honda dealers here in Virginia and I have to say Leesburg Honda went above and beyond levels of customer service. I was immediately greeted and she even held baby when I was getting out of the car. I was treated like family throughout the whole process. The service manager, even sat with me and talked to me. The cashier was smiling and nice, even the gentleman who washed my car was so nice! My whole family goes to Leesburg Honda and I would like to tell everyone this dealership is the BEST!! Service your vehicles there! No headaches! more

Redeem Leesburg Reputation 10/29/2010

The Service Director of Leesburg Honda, had offered a second inspection due to my complaint in the reviews section. I was taken back since this person actually initiated to assist me-quite rare now a days. It was regarding replacement of control arm bushings of my HONDA Element from a previous inspection. A service that was recommended by Leesburg and would be quite costly to repair.\r Being a skeptical type, I had my car checked for a second opinion by an independent mechanic and found that it was not needed. I wrote a scalding review all over the net about my experience at Leesburg.\r Today, with confidence about my write-up review, I accepted to have my car inspected for the second time. The Service Director was there to assist me with mechanics to show me physically where the problem is. I am embarrassed to see and admit that there was a problem with the torn bushing from the control arm. I was flabbergasted. They went far and beyond to make my experience in a more positive light and we ended in amicable terms. This second chance redeemed Leesburg’s reputation to me. Thanks to the service director who believes in a exceptional team and customer service dept.\r more

I came to Leesburg Honda because of an email I received. I had looked at a car on there lot but was unable to get financed. That was about 2 years ago. I then got a email recently that was asking if I was still looking for a vehicle. Which I have bought one since the last time I was at Leesburg, but I got into a accident an my car was totaled. So I am actually looking for a vehicle. So I emailed back and got an appointment set up. Went in for my appointment and it was a excellent experience. I was very happy that I received that email it helped me find my vehicle sooner then later. So at the end of the day I got another CR-V but a newer one at a better rate, and better monthly payment! Can’t go wrong with that. And it all started with a simple email. more

Best parts for old hondas 10/23/2010

Leesburg Honda is around the corner from my house, I not only love their location, but their quality service. I always need something for my vehicle its 10 yrs. old and they always have an answer for me. I love my Honda it has tons of miles, but I am not ready to part from it. So I am always buying new parts. They are always there to help me, even if I don?t know what I am looking for. The best part is they don?t push to sell me a new Honda they just help me with my old one. more

Went in to look at and test drive a couple different models. Salesman was helpful. He knew we were just looking, and didn't give us the ""hard sell"". At the end, his manager introduced himself and said that if we decide to buy, they would like a chance to win the business. Seemed very professional. Better than I expected. Great Great Great 10/14/2010

These guys gave me a fantastic price and then they gave after-sale service that was amazing. I travelled 100 miles to buy the car from them and I was concerned that I didn't know anything about them. But, I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. And, again, the after-sale service and support was nothing short of world-class. Beyond that, the facility is awesome as well. Beautiful showroom and nice amenities; , coffee, snacks. Wow! I just wish these guys were closer to me so I could spend my free time enjoying all that. Folks, trust me when I tell you that this is the dealership you want to work with. They are great. more

Great service Dept. 10/2/2010

Their service/repair dept. is awesome! I totally recommend them! After almost getting ripped off by the other Honda dealer, I came down to Leesburg to get them took a look at my TPMS sensor light. Within an hour and a half, they had replaced the sensor and changed my oil. Total cost was $31. The TPMS was malfunctioning but not physically damaged, so it was covered under Honda's warranty. Meanwhile, the Other Honda store had concluded that it was beyond the scope of the warranty and wanted $290 for the same repair (without the oil change). You can imagine how happy I was to hear that it was covered under warranty! Ted was my service advisor and he was a complete professional. He gave me such a favorable impression of Leesburg that I'm inclined to make the drive down to their each time I need some major servicing or need to buy a new Honda. Thanks guys! It's great to meet an honest and trustworthy dealer service shop. more

Recently, I had my service done at Leesburg Honda and my agent, Tim Fitzgerald was helpful, fun and prompt. I never have any issues with the service there because Tim does an excellent job of going back and making sure things are done right. His many years of experience and service orientation make my visits go smoothly and pleasantly. more

Was in the area doing some shopping when my service light came on, so I drove a couple blocks over to Leesburg Honda to ask some questions (pricing etc.) and check them out since I did not purchase from them. The short version is that I was told by a nice young gentleman that I should wait to service my vehicle because I still had 15% remaining oil life. He went on that I could drive at least another 1000 miles before my Fit needed service, that waiting until the display is at 5% would save me thousands over the life of the vehicle. Way to go Honda! I'll be back! more

Great Service 10/1/2010

It started with a phone call I was trying to get the best price for service. Leesburg Honda was the last place I called and it resulted in a great experience! John answered all my questions patiently, unlike some of my previous calls to other dealers. The thing that really took me by surprise was the price difference. Every other place was quoting me hundreds of dollars for my service. Leesburg Honda was 30% less! So of course I wondered what they were not doing. But sure enough, when I arrived for service, John showed me that what was being done was exactly what was needed. So either the other places are too expensive or they are doing things that are not needed. Either way, I'm a happy camper and stoked I found a place I can trust my Honda and wallet to! Ask for John! more

Fair trade in at Leesburg Honda 9/28/2010

We had a very good experience working with George. They offered me a fair trade and had their car priced fairly, unlike some another dealer in the east coast area that had a market adjusted price of $1000 over sticker for the same car, same options. They were also upfront about the cost of the car whereas the other dealer would not tell me how much the total cost of the car was. Also, the selection was the best in the area. After shopping at 3 of the local dealers I would definitely recommend Leesburg Honda ,It was Beyond expectation so far the best in the business if you want a good deal and excellent customer service. more

We took my sons 05 accord in for service due to trouble starting. Jerry was our service advisor and he is Fantastic. He offered to keep the car overnight to make sure the problem would not persist. Never have we encountered such professionalism and quality customer service from a Honda dealership until today. We originally purchased the car at the other Honda and their less than acceptable customer service, forced us to search carefully for our next dealership. We are so glad we chose Leesburg Honda. They are not pushy at all, very professional and highly focused on the customer’s needs. We highly recommend it; make sure you ask for Jerry as your service advisor. God bless more

Service Department is GREAT 9/24/2010

My 2006 Honda Civic had the ""green key"" flashing on my dash and would not start. Honda had the car towed to the closest dealer... This other Honda dealer quoted me $750.00 to fix my car; I felt sick! After two weeks of researching solutions for my car I finally visited LeesBurg Honda service department. I spoke with John, he was very professional and willing to discuss my problem and possible solutions, he quoted me $120.00 to fix the problem. The next day I had the car towed to Leesburg Honda. John fixed my car as promised! I felt relieved and my faith in car dealerships has been renewed. Thank you John! more

Great Sales Team! 9/23/2010

I took my senior mom car shopping when she finally conceded to give up her beloved old sedan. The sales team was consistently very helpful and nice over the many indecisive visits she made to see the car that she liked. She was a reluctant and at times difficult customer but they were great to her, and in the end gave us the best deal of the dealerships that we had narrowed it down to. It has been a great vehicle, and subsequent service visits have always been very easy and done on time. more

I received all the information I requested and was contacted appropriately by your staff. The ""hold up"" on making a purchase was on my end. I was shopping for a vehicle for my wife. I prefer the ""light green (green mist or something) in the 2007 CRV. You had one I missed seeing at approx. $19K. My error was in thinking my wife was ready to focus on another car. Oops. She is interested in the vehicle but just not giving it a high priority at the moment. I have a Dodge Grand Caravan, 2005, 41K miles in really excellent condition I would like to trade. She feels she would be giving up the ""room to carry stuff"" that she enjoys with the van. Also, it is a value of the van ""trade in"" that is giving her some concern. The Caravan is good and in excellent condition so she hates to part with it. \r So, in short, your folks did well with all I needed and I will keep up the effort to get that CRV from you in the future. Looking for 40K miles or less, AWD, 4 cyl.in light green (red may work). If you get one in green, send me a note. I still have some work to do to get her to the point of making this a priority.\r more

\r \r I just wanted to take a few moments to share with you my high regard for the service department at Leesburg Honda.\r I recently took a financial planning class, and discussion often turned to car care. It seems that most people have such a poor impression of their dealer service departments that they rarely use them. My wife and I, however, can't imagine going anywhere else.\r We have been service department customers at Leesburg Honda since 1996, and have purchased three new cars there (including my mother's). Our current ""fleet"" includes four Honda's, all of which are serviced exclusively at Leesburg Honda. The entire staff is courteous and friendly, and the night service team just can't be beat (we only use night service now since it is so convenient). The service team is great about recommending work to be done without ""overselling"" services - I have never felt taken advantage of. I always know that Fitz will take good care of us. \r Please let your service team at Leesburg Honda know how much we appreciate their expertise, as well as the care and attention that we receive from them. I recently had what I believed would be a routine oil/filter/tire rotation appointment handled at your facility by Mr. Fitzgerald. I own a 2008 Accord which I purchased at your dealership and had, to date, been very satisfied with the automobile and the service.\r \r During my recent routine appointment, Mr. Fitzgerald brought to my attention the fact that I had rim damage of which I was unaware and pointed out the inherent safety dangers. Did I want to hear I needed to spend money - no. Mr. Fitzgerald convinced me to do the right thing and handled my subsequent appointment for repairs with the utmost in professionalism and care - he even threw in some pleasant conversational banter. I couldn't have asked for better service fromMr. Fitzgerald and his technicians. Indeed, although I suggested replacing not only one tire, but also a second one to match, Mr. Fitzgerald and his technicians were honest enough to explain why I didn't need a second tire and, why I didn't need an alignment. I am very grateful for the opportunity they afforded me to save some money, especially in this economy and I believe their actions proved false the old stereotype of auto dealers gouging customers at every turn.\r \r So, again, many thanks to Mr. Fitzgerald for providing excellent service and reinforcing that I made the right decision not only to purchase my car at your dealership, but also to continue servicing my vehicle there as well.\r \r more

Leesburg did perfect 9/12/2010

Great experience from start to finish! No games about pricing or availability. I asked them to match a price of another dealer on truecar and they did. Very straight forward and quick in and out in 2 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend this dealer. Steve was great to work with. more
