The best car experiance of my life, love my new nissan 10/13/2008

I don't know why there would be any bad reviews, I guess I don't have bad credit. I would expect to be treated less than perfect myself if i didn't pay my bills on time. Oh well, this isn't a lesson on morality- but a business review. I shopped around at 3 other nissan dealerships thinking i could get a better deal in the big city. Although i was treated fairly at 2 out of 3 of them, nobody treated me as well as autocenters. i was given a tour of thier service facility and they even gave me free oil changes for the next 3 years! I also got the best price by far. I love my new Altima and would not hesitate to buy again or recommend friends and family. this is my 5th new car, and it was definately the most painless and best. Pros: low prices, great selection, very friendly Cons: no free cars, lol more

Would not recommend/drive elsewhere 9/20/2008

Bought a new Nissan from them. Got a good deal as I did my homework before I entered the place. Did not honor deal they sent me via email that was $$$ cash after I purchased car. I called salesman and he basically said ""bring in your completed survey to us and we will give you the $$$"" I did not want to hand them my survey because I did not trust that they would not alter it. I wrote the company and received no response. Filled out survey and heard nothing. Even included email and it seems Nissan could care less once they have your money. I love push-button car but will not buy another Nissan ever again! Pros: Awesome car/free oil changes for as long as I own car! Cons: DO NOT LIVE UP TO AGREEMENTS WITH NEW CAR BUYERS more

Bad Business 8/6/2006

I visited this dealership today, and the finance manager tried to pressure me to put down $1500 on a fully financed preapproved loan. My loan was already approved for up to 130% of the LTV which was well within the parameters without a down payment. When I asked the finance manager the specific dollar amounts that amounted to the $1500 down, he refused to provide answers. I thanked him and walked out. He followed me out and then starts calling out all of the numbers he refused to give me in the office. That's a bunch of xx*?!!@!! I would buy anything from these people. Pros: Reasonable prices on vehicles Cons: Must put $$'s down, no $0 down deals more

Tricky Sales Transactions 8/12/2005

I walked out of the dealership. They called for the next few weeks offering a lower and lower amount but still not coming down to my payment. I drove my new car that was under my maximum there and picked up my deposit I had placed with them. -- I understand they are in the business to sell but if you can't make a deal -- just say you can't do it. more
