I recently purchased a new car and dealt with the sales manager directly as it was month end. As I was driving home I realized the odometer had over 1026 miles on it. I immediately contacted the sales manager and his response was ""that was in the paperwork"". Needless to say this is not a handshake type of place as no one would purchase a ""new"" car with that many miles. Ongoing litigation is proceeding as it is believed that the car was actually a demo car. \r more

customers satisfaction first 5/2/2012

First of all, let me say that Bill is one of the most honest and well-respected Jeep mechanics in the area. I've owned 4 CJ's so far and when I moved to Petaluma I stumbled upon Bill at Autoworld Chrysler one afternoon, noticing a late a brand new charger on the lot. I purchased a 1984 Jeep CJ-7 five years ago and each time I've had an issue, Bill has, sometimes within a matter of hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem, whatever it was. There are so few trustworthy and genuinely caring mechanics out there and Bill certainly breaks that mold.. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, competent mechanic that always puts his customers satisfaction first. more

little pressure, excellent service and sales 4/2/2012

I purchased my Jeep here (September - 2010) and have had all my service completed here as well. My experience for both has been very good. Regarding the purchase, while there was a little pressure at one point, I sort of thrive on that and feel I got an excellent deal. All my service calls have been very good as well. There has been no attempt to oversell me on any services (unlike my other vehicle from a dealer down the street). I hope to continue bringing my Jeep to Autoworld, especially given I have the Lifetime warranty. more

best experience I've ever had 3/31/2012

I recently bought a used truck from Dylan and I had the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. He took care of all of our needs from beginning till end and even followed up with us after the sale to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. In the past, sales people always gave me a feeling like I was just a number to them, yet when dealing with Dylan, I could really tell that he cared about our needs. I've already told several friends to go to him when they want to purchase their next vehicle. If you're looking for a car or a truck, contact him, I know he'll take care of you like he did with us more

Refreshing. Go see them. 2/5/2012

I brought a used Chrysler 200 here and was very pleased. I've either been treated like crap or incrementally robbed by the service department at other places. Tony was honest and delivered as promised. He couldn't do everything I asked for, but he actually admitted that. more

Honest and no pressure 11/1/2011

We appreciated the fact that this dealer and salesperson was not pressuring us in any way to buy any particular vehicle on trying to push us into making up our minds. We were totally comfortable during the process and we genuinely felt that they cared about our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend them to others who may be looking for a vehicle. more

My car needs were very particular, and Autoworld worked with me tirelessly for over a week to find the perfect combo I asked for. I was led to believe by Lithia that the car I was looking for did not exist , but the Sales Manager mediated, negotiated, investigated and in general went above and beyond the call of duty to get me the car I had my heart set on. And he did it all with utmost grace and calm. more

Its not just the great price I was offered when I purchased my beautiful new Ram Quad Cab. These guys made the whole experience painless. Everyone told me they were different and now I understand. It's no wonder they dominate this area. There's no comparison. more

Gotta Love those guys at Autoworld and Victory! 3/31/2009

The best auto dealers around. Great inventory, great deals and no pressure. We have purchased two trucks from them and will keep going back! We recently bought a Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab and love it. Our salesman Jerry was wonderful and really laid back, the sales manager, Greg was very helpful. Their service center is superb! more
