Fast, Friendly and Reasonable 5/21/2010

I usually took my Toyota for service where I purchased it. When my car needed brakes and a Drive Belt I remembered Auto Works of Brandon where I used to take my older car before I traded it in. Auto Works saved me money compared to what the dealer quoted. I highly recommend Auto Works of Brandon for honest and outstanding service. more

Great job 4/24/2010

Mike fixed a problem with my car that two other shops couldnt even identify. I had a problem with my transmission and even though he's not the transmission expert, he took my car to an expert to have them confirm his findings free of charge. The service and cost were great. more

Great Customer Service 4/19/2010

Its really hard to find reliable and honest professionals that you can trust with your vehicle. I have lived in Brandon almost 20 years and have tried almost all of the shops and dealers. Most times I come away disappointed, because people are always trying to sell you what you dont need or they dont fix something right the first time. Mike and Auto Works of Brandon restored my faith in the auto repair profession! more

Everyone did a great job! Was so satisfied tipped installer 10 bucks .Good people. Would use them again .Only one thing Fix the tv in the waiting room.It'll make the time there go a little faster. more

I found out about Auto Works of Brandon in the Clipper Magazine. When I called and talked to Mike, he was very Professional and sincere. I took my car to be repaired on 3 separate occasions and was very pleased with the service. I felt that Mike was an honest person, charging me a fair price for the work that needed to be done. I felt that they appreciated my business and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and associates. more

Technician very knowledgeable, went the extra yard to keep vehicle clean while servicing my car. 3/8/2010

Had great price on an oil change. What I liked was he did not try to up sell me like so many others have in the past. The owner was very pro active in his business and all his employees appeared to respect him and also liked him. His customer service area was well maintained and kept clean. Would do business again after a great experience I had with my first exposure to his shop. I am planing on buying another vehicle soon and he will definitely get my business for oil changes and whatever might come up as vehicle is a used one and I have no warranty. Sincerely, Charles B. needed brakes 2/16/2010

i just really wanted to get my brakes fixed but they found a couple of other things wrong and would not just fix my brakes because they could not let me drive home safley and would not just fix the brakes so i was appreciative that they did not sacrfice service more

I am very happy with the quality of service and the ability to schedule online. Michael also stands behind his work and if there is an issue he takes care of it at no additional charge. His prices are higher, but the quality seems to be better. more
