Trustworthy, Fair & Competitve - Excellent Mechanics 8/24/2011

I've been going to Auto Works of Brandon for the past 3 years, first with a 2002 Jaguar S Type, now with a 2008 Buick Enclave CXL. Mike Rubio runs an honest business, with fair and competitive rates. Here's the kicker, you can trust them to do the work that is needed, not create things to inflate their bill. These guys are honest, and their work is high quality. more

Disappointing. I appreciate the use of the shop's truck, but if I had known it was just a broken brake pad, I would have changed them myself. Obviously there was nothing wrong with the caliper and I have had brake jobs done for 40 years without a $79 flush, with no issues. more

awsome place to get your car fixed. 8/18/2011

john and mike have always taken great care of me and my car. they always are concerned with the customer while providing great service. they communicate with you if something happens during the course of the repair. i will never take my car to anylace else. this time is the 3rd repair but alway have my routine maint done there they are awsome and my car is ice cold thanks guys. more

If my car could talk it would thank Mike and his staff for the excellent care and for the new oil and battery terminals! Apparently I've only been running on 1 quart of oil... oops! If my car COULD talk, it could tell me to put more oil in and when to change it! (I guess if that happened, that would make me The Knight Rider and my car Kit, which would be a little weird!)Thanks again Mike & John! more

Great Repair Shop 8/11/2011

They are a tirerack service provider and checked out my brakes for free. They called me after every step to make sure I was okay with the bill. I will definitely go again. more

Dear MIke,thank you vey much for your service,you did an exellent job on my car,on eviewof the work paper that you gave me, you have changed A/C belt & serpentine belt.You did notneed to do that because on 100,000 mile service it has been replaced before.May be there is another reason that I don't know.that is my only coment.thanks again Doc.Martin more

Great service and great workers... 8/3/2011

After 4 months of riding around with my driver side headlight out. I had taken my car in 4 different times/3 different shops to have my headlight fixed, they just kept replacing the bulb and sending me on way. I was finally told that it couldn't be fixed and I needed to go back to the dealer and we all know how expensive that would be. A friend recommended that I go to Auto Works of Brandon so I did as a last resort. I was very pleased! They actually took the time to figure out what the problem was and how to prevent it, they took time to explain it to me as well. Needless to say my headlight is now fixed and is working just fine and I didn't have to go to the dealer. Great group of guys, very helpful, and great service. I would recommend them to anyone. Auto works of Brandon will no longer be my last resort! Thanks guys you're awesome!!!! more

I was very satisfied with my reguested service and know that my car is in excellent condition for a road trip out of state. I'm always informed of things that need attention before the service is performed, therefore, I have no surprises when I pick up my car. I was provided with a written quote, a time estimate, and a complete review of all of my car systems. I have to say that I was a little apprehensive taking my Audi anywhere other than the dealership. With the service I received today, and the price that I payed, I will continue to do business with Autoworks of Brandon! more
