My wife took her car there - decent job with the wash but the car came up missing $24. Four dollar coins were stolen from the center console and a $20 bill was taken from a wallet inside one of the gloveboxes - places they shouldn't have been digging around in.\r

A call to the manager who feigned inculpability yielded nothing so we finally tracked down and placed a call direct to the owners. Initially citing our own negligence for leaving valuables in our own car they finally agreed to refund the stolen amount, although grudgingly. Still seemingly not responsible for their employees' dishonest actions - they left us an envelope at the car wash with our money which stated: our name then in parenthesis "customer who left wallet in car" which I wouldn't have minded if they had added "From the business that stole from you".\r
