2003 Grand Caravan 4/16/2009

I read the below review and was quite baffled. I purchased my 2003 Caravan two years ago and it has been the best vehicle I have ever owned!! A year after I owned the vehicle, the computer went out and The Auto Source, Inc. got the vehicle fixed for free. If they are such a bad dealer then why did they help me? I'm a mother of 3 children and they went above and beyond to help re-establish my credit. Guy always returned my calls and I still to this day stop by and say hello. In my opinion, you won't find a more honest, upfront dealer in Orlando..\r Pros: service, followup, product knowlege, honest Cons: not enough dealers like them. more

BEST DEALERSHIP IN CENTRAL FLORIDA 4/9/2009

Just purchased my second vehicle for my son!! They were the most friendly, easy going guys to work with. They never pressured me and found the exact vehicle we wanted. We shopped many many car dealerships before and have never experienced a better more friendlier staff than here!! They know us by name!!! The cars they sell are in excellent condition and we have never ever had a problem with our current vehicle that we purchased from them. They go above and beyond and that is very rare to find anymore!! Buy your next car from them - you won't be disappointed!!! Pros: very low pressure Cons: none- easy to work with more

BEWARE!!! I ADVISE TO NEVER DO BUSINESS!!! 12/18/2008

I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this dealer! I recently bought a used 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer here in late October. Dealer pulled a history report (NOT CARFAX) saying the car was clean with no accidents. Within one month to the day, I started having issues with the battery, A/C compressor, and the clutch. The dealer referred me to his ""mechanic"" who operates out of his backyard. Still had issues after it was ""fixed"". Ended up trading it in soon after only to find out the CARFAX report claimed it had been in an accident. You would be safer buying a car out of a salvage yard than buying one with these guys.
