Good service but very long wait... 1/6/2017

I like the service I received, however, my appointment was at 8 am for a brake job and I didn't leave until 11 am. I didn't have a ride so I had to wait for the car...not the most comfortable waiting area but not holding that against them. I guess my expectation from the setup phone call was that my appt was at 8 and they would get right on it. Its just an aside...like the service they provide, just took quite a while. more

We know what to expect from these folks after using them for years for our truck and car. It is so nice to have that security blanket with these folks that we know that our vehicles will get fixed right and with reasonable time and cost. We have moved out of Raleigh and we still come back to these folks for our work. Thanks APC. We appreciate you folks. more

an electrical problem left me stranded by the side of the road. Arrived at the shop with stalled vehicle in tow. They gave me a ride home and had the problem resolved by the next working day. Thanks very much more

Excellent garage 7/15/2016

Used Auto Performance Center 20+ years ago and was happy with their work. I then started using garages closer to home but their services were unsatisfactory. I have now had my Tundra worked on 3 times and am completely happy with all aspects their work. It is definitely worth the extra drive. more

I've been going to Auto Performance in Garner for a little over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with them. They do absolutely everything right. Appointments are true appointments, not vague guidelines, and they've always given me good time estimates, so I'm never left wondering what's happening. They lay out their (very reasonable) costs up front and don't try to oversell me. They take the time to truly explain a problem without talking down to me, and are happy to answer questions. I cannot recommend them highly enough. more
