appreciate how friendly everyone is there. Also I appreciate the time they spend explaining things to me. I don think though that they are a bit expensive compared to other shops they've been to. The lounge is extremely comfortable and welcoming. more

Thanks for the great service. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is this: When I called to make the appointment I mentioned that I wanted new wiper blades. Again, when I dropped the car off I mentioned the wiper blades. When I got a call later I was told that the wiper blades on the car weren't original Honda and they needed to be replaced. They were waiting for the parts to come in! Maybe I missed something but it seems like they should have been ordered first thing in the a.m. I did mention it a couple of times. Overall, great service, tho. more

Auto has been our ""go to"" repair place for the many Hondas we have owned over the years. We have moved out of the East Bay but make the drive to have our Honda serviced there. more

Highly recommend them for their honesty, workmanship, and great customer service! We've brought my husband's '97 Civic that has 278,000+ miles-original engine from the first servicing here and it is still going strong. This is one part of our life we don't worry about. Highly recommend! more

I needed a diagnostic test about the side airbags and was quoted a fair price. When I returned for the car, they said it didn't take as long as expected to locate the problem, and only charged half the price. Its rare to experience that kind of honesty. more
