They towed my vehicle when I was stranded. Muhammed is the guy who runs the shop. Always a perfect experience when I bring my three cars here. Never any pressure, honest, good people. Front desk staff is excellent! more

I never get tired of bragging about how great Auto Mechanic Service Plus is.Why would anyone who has a car that Muhammad works on go anywhere else?The customer service is unbeatable and so is the quality of the work.It's a rare find for a place to be exceptional front to back but Auto Mechanic Service Plus is....they always have been.I trust them 100%!!!! more

AUTOMECHANIC SERVICE PLUS IS worth it !! My 2007 honda was making a weird noise when cold, in reverse. So I had taken it to several different places to get it looked at but no one could find the problem. My co-worker refered me to precision so I tried it out. And precision found the problem and got it taken care of. Honestly, I think the dealership would of took every dollar from me but MUHAMEMD offers excellent service at a reasonable price :) more

Very nice experience over all. They told me the brake pad that I recently changed at Piercey Toyota almost fell off (this is what I paid $600 for). Then I said I need to go to Piercey to let them redo it. But Precision staff suggest do it here. I said OK while thinking about paying big and then ask Piercey to reimburse me. Turns out it only cost $26. I think I will service my Toyota cars here from now on. Forget about those crappy service department at the dealers. more

I had alot done this time including, timing belt, water pump and brakes. They were friendly, professional and fast! Thank you for making it easy. And did I mention the fee was competetive! It all adds up and they were the best price in the area. My car is running great too. Again, thank you! :) more

Muhammed went beyond the call of usual duty to get an extension on my payment for the car loaner so they could repair my Honda.He graciously tolerated my whining and pulled the necessary strings to make it work for my out-of-control schedule. God bless him! more

they stand behind their work. For example, they replaced my ball joints two years ago. Recently it was discovered that one was becoming loose. It is unusual for only one to wear out and in such a short time. Although it was undoubtedly because of a bad part, the manufacturer said it was beyond warranty. However, Precision informed me that they would replace it free of change, even though I didn't even ask. more

I made a last minute appt for work and didn t expect anyone to accommodate the request. It was for a complete set of tires to be changed. MUHAMMED scheduled me in as a drop-in and got everything done by noon. I go here for all maintenance and will continue to in the future for sure. more

I have always had positive experiences at Auto Mechanic Service Plus.They do quality work at a reasonable price.This last week, Muhammed calls me up to ask if I had replaced the wipers on my vehicle this year.It was one of the listed items on the 60,000 mile tune up and he did not want to charge me for an unnecessary repair.Fantastic customer service. more
