I can't say enough good things about the guys at Auto Maxima. Over the years I've had some very good local detail jobs, and a few very disappointing ones---but these guys are near the top of the list, and they're less expensive than anywhere else I've been.\r \r I wanted my Subaru STI detailed before I listed it for sale; knowing my intent, Auto Maxima not only gave me the ""gold"" detail package I asked for (which, by the way, is cheaper than their competitor's comparable packages)---they touched up the rock chips in my paint (using the touch-up paint I had in the glove box), too. When I arrived to pick up my car I was stunned at how great it looked, and that they'd saved me the effort of doing the touch-ups myself (and they did a better job than I would have, anyway).\r \r Their attention to detail, honesty, and the fact that they go above and beyond in serving their customers means that I'll definitely be back with my other cars! more

Very good price, and good service! 5/31/2011

I purchased a car from Auto Maxima a year ago and it was working well for me, but this year I got my trust money and was able to afford newer car. Gustavo found me exactly what I wanted from another state, delivered it, painted fender and door ( it had some scratches), cleaned it for free, inspected it and all, and the best part, when I checked kelly blue book - it was BELOW LOW BOOK- THE SELLING PRICE - BELOW LOW BOOK! REALLY! Super grateful, very excited, and appreciate so much all the effort and amount of work you put into making me happy! more

Run Away FAST!!!! 5/20/2011

This has to be some of the worst customer service we have EVER expereinced. We've already contacted the DMV to investigate them and their business practices. I bought a car 1 month ago and just got done spending $870 for repairs, for repairs that should have been caught during the saftey inspection. more

Great auto detail 2/24/2011

I brought in a used car I bought from a private party for auto detail. At first they missed cleaning a few areas of the car but when I called to inform them about it, they asked me to bring my car back so they can do more work to the car interior. When I picked it up, the car exterior was cleaned again after it snowed that morning when they didn?t have to. They are really about making their customers happy and satisfied. Their price is also reasonable. They also gave me a ride back to work while I left the car at the shop. more

My girlfriend purchased her vehicle from Auto Maxima a while ago. They gave her a coupon to clean her car with some discount. Now she comes there every two weeks to maintain and they also replaced windshield for her Mazda. It was the lowest price we could find, $130.00 with installation. I just purchased a gift certificate from them for my girlfriend and wanted to say thank you, Happy Valentine's Day! more

Gustavo always does a good job 2/4/2011

I like Gustavo, he always cares about making customers happy. Whenever I have any problems, he helps out. Auto Maxima repairs cars, so if you have high deductible, call Gustavo, I saved almost 500 dollars. I have 1000 deductible and another shop quoted me 1470 dol and Gustavo repaired in at Auto Maxima for 580. so I paid 580 instead of filing insurance, paying 1000 deductible and having my insurance premiums going higher... seriously, call him, he will save you money, quality is good too more

they do fast and cheap auto glass installation, cheaper than anyone else ! they do repairs and such, not expensive and decent quality. that where i go to save money more

I WENT TO MAACO FIRST BECAUSE THEY ADVERTISE ON TV. I NEEDED TO RETURN MY LEASE. WENT TO MAACO, THEY SCREWED UP PAINT ON THE AUDI, I WAS MAD, DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK, AUTO MAXIMA WAS JUST A BLOCK AWAY. THEY TOOK MY CAR IN RIGHT AWAY, IN TWO DAYS IT WAS DONE AND LOOKS LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED... I WAS RELIEVED BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT DEALER TO KNOW THAT I WAS FIXING DENTS...SO GOOD JOB, GUSTAVO more

Never experienced any lying from them. They tell if it had been in accident or not, offer warranty, i bought warranty, never had to use it, but it is for my own safety. more

I made my decision to come over there based on reviews online. They repaired my car, suggested few things, some I agreed to, some I thought are not important, they did not push me, looks like Gustavo understood that I was on the budget. Anyway, it took two days to finish everything, they charged me exactly the estimate, and gave me a ride to downtown and picked me up when I was getting the car the next day. It is a small place, they care about every customer. I wll tell my friends more

little money goes long way 8/4/2010

I had a dent on my car, few dings, paint came off the bumper and my trunk was stinky. if my friend would not recommend Auto maxima to me, I would not dare to go, car repairs are always costly. When I came in they talked me into cleaning my from inside and outside, it was dirty but I hadnt even thought of it, and also they talked me into headlight cleaning. so... 400 dollars later my car has no signs of wear. at all, all scratches, all dings and dents dissapeared, paint is perfect, headlights are shiny and it smells fresh, very clean and all shiny, did they buff it, or just waxed it, i dont know, but it never looked like this, even when I bought it. it did not cost me a fortune, for 400 dolars everything is fixed, clean and looks great. they were nice, i will recommend and will be back more

Auto maxima guys brought my vehicle to an excellent condition, they buffed headlights, touched up paint, polished cratches, overall somehow blended it all together and polished so it looked flawless. Pros: honest, good prices more

my sister repaired car with Auto Maxima, was a great experience, they stick to their estimate, you know, when your car is all torn apart body shop suddenly comes up with extra expenses? so nothing like that, and price was good, in 3 days car was repaired and good quality. so I saw mazda3 on their lot, 2008, only 10k miles, took it to mechanic, he said it is in great condition... so I bought it, they gave me amazing price, lowest in the net, I did my research... with the car they gave me free maintenance package to keep my car in shape, now for anything with cars we go to Auto maxima, if they do not do it, they will refer to someone they do business with and you will get their price for all services, dealer price!!! Pros: good prices nice polite people quality work Cons: why cant you babysit my kids? more

i got a vehicoe from them, inspected, they even told me about some minor things i did not notice, they took care of thej at their cost, i was surprised and happy and did not spend hours of negotiatiin, the price was cheapest in the internet, 2k below book value. on the top of it they gave me one month free car detailing. i can have my car washed, cleaned, detailed inside and out, engine decreasing all for free... well, thank you, so much, Milla and Gustavo, you guys rock Pros: very honest, very straightforward Cons: i really like these guys more

I bought a nice vehicle , price was really good, they let me to inspect it with mechanic. It was very clean, looked like new, they have detail shop and they ofeered me Maintanence package for about 100 dol a month to keep my car clean and do touch ups. it is amazing, all my friends got their card now Pros: i bought a nice vehicle, cheap and clean, low miles Cons: dont do financing more
