Beware. The last several times I've been here, I've felt ripped off. 1) Oil change specials are a complete joke. Sign says 19.99, with tire rotation...but I end up with a $46 bill. You have to remind the person behind the desk of the special (total BS) Also, I don't think that these guys are capable of performing an oil change in 30 mins...maybe an hour if you are lucky. 2) Had a low nox sensor warning light come on. I diagnosed the problem with my own PC and advised AutoMax of the issue. They said to bring truck by and they'd have a look at it. So, I drop it off, 15 mins later they call back and present a $1100 quote to me ($600 labor). I call some other shops and get a MUCH lower quote, so I pick the truck up. Before I go, they tell me that I owe them an $89 dollar diagnostics fee. These guys didn't diagnose anything, they just repeated what I told them - maybe they threw in a google search...Of course I argue the charge, making the person behind the desk VERY UPSET! 3) Changed out a fuel line and power steering hose. Original quote ~ $500. Told them to start work, they call and find more problems...new total $1000! Didn't have them do all, had another group check, and guess what, I didn't NEED THE WORK DONE. I'll never go back. Seems like everything has to cost $1000 when I stop by (power steering hose, etc.). RIP-OFF!!!!!! more

Beware! I took my car here and was led to believe that it needed things done that were NOT needed. What was supposed to be a routine break job turned into close to $900 of repairs. Left and took my car elsewhere and found out that I did not need the work, at all, aside from the break pads, I suppose they took me for naive, because I am a woman. They seem very nice, but are complete scammers. DON""T BE FOOLED! Pros: ?? Cons: shady, untrustworthy more

Went in for an oil change that I was told would take 35 minutes....ok, maybe they were busy or something. The sign out front says the oil change and tire rotation special is $29. 40 minutes later I look out the bay door to see the tech placing the clipboard on my windshield, leading me to believe I was ready to go. 15 minutes later my car is STILL back there with the door open and key on, wasting my battery. I ask the guy at the desk if it was done or not...it had been almost an hour. He goes back to check on it and says it's done. 10 minutes later he finally rings me up...no tire rotation mind you...it was $36!!!! Then to top it off it took another 5 minutes for the tech to bring my car around. They said I needed new tires and that they sell them there...I told them if it took over an hour for an oil change, I couldn't leave my car there a week for a set of tires. Pros: good job on the service Cons: slow as molasses/over-priced more
