I had an awful Experience with auto magic. I bought and had them install a DVD/CD with monitor and BT. I wasn't too familiar with these head units so I told the salesperson what i wanted it to do and about the price i wanted to pay. I was sold on the unit he picked out for me, because it plays Pandora from my android phone through BT. After making my $100 deposit we make an appointment and he said it should only take 2hrs for install. The day of my appointment the same salesperson says that its gonna take a while for the install. This is one hour before my appointment was set for. I asked him how long it would take and he says, ""I can't tell you.... but yours will be the first we do."" So I got my ride to drive me home. I then receive a phone call 45mins before they close (over 7hrs after i dropped it off). I couldn't find a ride in time so i didn't make it to their shop till the next day. The next day the same salesperson immediately gets me to pay the bill. We then go take a look at the car. The salesperson tells me he installed it himself... it was his first install! He shows me the unit and helps me hook my BT up with my phone. He begins to tell me he had to drill a bypass switch in my center console for the video to work without the emergency break on. During this whole process I was never informed of this. Its no big deal but it would have been nice to have been informed. Also the BT mic was placed above my steering wheel in front of my speedometer. Not behind the rear view mirror where I've seen just about every other mic installed. But still it was something I could fix myself. But the straw that broke the camels back was when I found out that the head unit does not support audio/ video through BT. I can not play Pandora on my android phone through BT, and that I paid $100 more for the unit than whats listed on various other sites. These guys were totally unprofessional and were not very educated on the items they sell. I would stay clear!
