they were listening to loud music swearing.Talking about a girl in a bad way.after the car was done there was black on the side panel.they wiped that off and 4 days later it raine...

The repair tech arrived at the promised time and completed the installation within the expected period. He was quite professional in his manner and appearance. Broken Tail gate window fixed quickly and professionally 7/11/2011

The tail-gate window on our older bronco broke unexpectedly ... we called around and found Glass Masters had the window in stock and could fit it that day. Great service price quoted was the price we paid. The service was also less than 1/2 hour. Will be going back next time I need a window replaced. more

i went to glassmaster about two years ago to have my windshield replaced. i was very pleased with the results. the glass was so clear, it almost looked as if there wasnt a windshield there. their work was remarkable. on top of that it didnt take long at all. two years later i am going to have them replace my winshield on a different car. i have no worries because i was very satisfied with my last visit. more

Poor workmanship 9/23/2010

they were listening to loud music swearing.Talking about a girl in a bad way.after the car was done there was black on the side panel.they wiped that off and 4 days later it rained n the top was leaking. pourly managed and no attention for detail. I took it over to glass pro and they did it right with clean good people.little more money but so worth it. more

I called and was given an unbelievable price.and after reading some reviews on Glass Masters i questioned the quality of the Glass .the csr Mellisa assured me it was the same brand that was in my vehicle now.I even went as far as writing it down to make sure .My vehicle was done in less than an hour and it was the same brand factory glass,i was very impressed with the professionalism and pricing and quality of the workmanship.i would highly recommend Glass Masters to my friends and family. Poor Workmanship 1/18/2010

I choose Glass Masters based on the fact that they could replace my windshield on the same day it was damaged. Unfortunately the installation turned out horribly. The windshiled leaked water, had loud wind noise, and the molding was bulging. It was so bad that I didn't even trust them to attempt a warranty repair. I had SafeLite perform the repair and they got it right on the first try. Pros: Got me in on the day I called Cons: Horrible install job more

Naturally they may have been able to save you some money, but the question in general concerns the quality of auto glass they used? If you're going to shop for the best price, you may want to stay in the same ballpark. You got what you paid for and that is cheap, cheap glass! Pros: ? Cons: Cheap glass - You get what you pay for!!! more

save time 7/10/2008

My windshield got damaged from a rock on the road a couple weeks ago and it cracked right in the middle of the driver side, so i had to get it replaced. i called several glass shops and glass masters had the best price. they scheduled me an appointment and replaced my window in what seemed to be an hour, great service i recommend this for all glass damage. Pros: price more
