Excellent Customer Service and mechanics 11/15/2008

I took my car to this body shop after being bumped by a Hummer. I followed the reviews for this auto repair shop and all I can say is that it was the best decision I had made. This place fixed my car and made it look like new. They are very thorough in the work they do, they even detail your car and clean it up completely inside and out. Pros: Reliable work, work is done in a timely manner, knowledgable mechanics Cons: You can easily drive by this place without noticing it. more

Great shop - 1972 BMW 2002tii in good hands 3/13/2008

Hami and his team at Auto Dynamik are knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. When I need work done on my 1972 BMW 2002tii, I know that Hami treats it as it were his own car. Hami goes beyond complete adeptness at routine maintenance on this car: he is also able to accurately troubleshoot the odd mechanical challenges that pop up now and then--and fix them. most honest & reliable work at reasonable prices plus nice family 11/15/2007

I went to several garages before finding Auto Dyn. and I've never felt better about car maintenance. It's actually enjoyable now. I know Hami will tell me the truth about what I need and don't need for my car (orig and old beamer and now a passat) and he is so reasonable with his prices. Plus, Cynthia, Rachel and everyone there are always so sweet. If you are worrited about the quality of work being done on your car or being ripped off, then you are at the wrong garage. Go to Hami and end your search for a safe car repair haven. You and your car will receive the best care. Truly a family run, honest, nice business. THE BEST! Thank you, Auto Dyn! Good mechanics are hard to find 1/23/2007

My husband and I have been going to Auto Dynamik since 1990. Though we can bring our cars to a nearby body shop close by where we live, I would rather bring them to Auto Dynamik . First of all I trust the quality of work Hami does and I like the customer service they offer, friendly and helpful. The price is not cheap but it's worth our money. good customer service, not the cheapest 10/24/2006

I needed to get a water pump replaced because my car is losing coolant fluid. They charged me $135 while Kragen has the part for $50 (or $40 for refurbished). I called around and found that other shops typically charged $70-100 for the part, but since I had aleady commited $110 for the diagnostic workup, I felt I was committed. When I asked if I could bring in a cheaper part, they said that I could but that I would lose all warranties (90 day warranty on labor / 1 yr warranty on the part). In the end, I sucked it up and let them do the job, but I can't tell if it was worth the extra money or not. Time will tell. Best in The Bay 10/3/2006

Hami came recommended to me by Kwan Kong from Beyond2 in Millbrae. I'd been having some engine problems and had actually already tried other shops to no avail. Needless to say they didn't get it done and, with me, you screw up the first time you don't get a second shot. By the time I took my '74 2002 tii to Auto Dynamik I was skeptical. I was still a little apprehensive even when I drove it out of his garage. The problem was gone but how long would it last? (the previous mechanic's fixes lasted about a day 'til the problem reared it ugly head again) Well, it's been awhile now and I'm still very pleased. The old girl's still purrin' like a kitten...well, at least as much as a 32 year old car can. Auto Dynamik's great. I don't see myself going anywhere else. This is the best auto repair in SF 5/25/2006

Hami and his wife are geniunely friendly people and take pride in what they do. My car needed to have the brakes fixed, as well as the heater repaired. I also thought my shocks needed replacing, but after checking them, Hami called to tell me that they were fine! Wow, I was astounded...any other place would have ""fixed"" them and charged me. THE BEST !!! 5/25/2006

Auto Dynamik is the best car repair service I've ever used ! I feel confident that they are not going to manufacture problems to fix and will fix what is wrong for the best price possible. Hami and Cynthia are gracious, personable and go out of their way to help. Case in point: I arrived to pick up my car the first time I used AD, having fallen and broken my elbow just moments before arriving, and though Hami and I had not met prior to this moment - when the taxi he called for me didn't arrive in a timely fashion to take me to the hospital - Hami drove me across town in rush hour traffic, with little his son in the back seat, to make sure I got to the emergency room safely. Reliable Trustworthy and On-Time 5/9/2006

I have been taking a variety of cars to Hami for 12+ years, BMW and VW. He even gave me a warning when my 15 year old VW was slowly fading away, that the car was safe but that a few things may begin to deteriorate and that the fixes would be more than the value of the car. I always appreciate his opinion, sometimes it is best to move onto a different car. But he still services my 20 year old BMW because I can't part w/ it. Auto Dynamik provides a trust worthy high quality service. If you are nervous when those warning lights go on and are afraid of getting scammed for service's you do not need then come here. Hami and his crew are the best in the business not only will they do a quality job but they will make sure all of your needs have been taking care of and they make sure your safety comes first. Don't trust anyone else. 5/3/2006

Hi, Auto Dynamik was recommended to me by my friend. I have a 99 VW Jetta and have had a few issues with it in the past. Hami and Co. earned my trust the first time I was there. I have dealt with mechanics in the past and am glad, I have found Auto Dynamic. Recently, I had to get my transmission fixed and had taken the car to AD. But Pine street AAMCO seemed to give me an initial quote about 1K less than Hami. With this in mind, I went to AAMCO. But oh boy, was I wrong. I should have NEVER done that. After 25 days of my car in the workshop, my end expenses was 2K more than Hami's quote. Sorry AD for taking my car elsewhere. Wont make the same mistake. -Ajay. Pros: Honesty, Honesty, Honesty more

RELIABILITY AND WILLINGNESS TO HELP 4/6/2006

I have a 1959 Mercedes that needed alot of work. Auto Dynamik was the first out of many service mechanics willing to help. Not only was Hami freindly, he provided the top notch information with safety in mind. Auto Dynamic worked within my budget, and made me feel secure leaving a 46 year old car to be repaired. Trustworthy 1/31/2006

i was referred to AUTO DYNAMIK by an associate, for a pre-sale inspection, and repair on a car we were purchasing. they are friendly, and very informative about the vehicle i was purchasing, and the estimates, i would be spending on repairs. they also informed me about the idiosyncrasies of this car, and any possible problems. this is a family owned business, with great customer service. We had many work done on our Mini Van that needed alot of services. The staff are very, very knowledgeable and freindly. They provided the priority and safety work that best fits our budget and safety, since we have 2 chidren. Great service and the right price. 9/23/2005

I had to get all 4 of my brake pads and rotors changed on my Camry. I was very happy with the nice customer service on the phone as well as in person. They had all the parts, completed the job the same day, and made me feel very comfortable giving them my business. They were honest and knowledgeable. It is not pleasant having to drop your car off here, but it is worth it for the honest and competent service you get. He goes the extra distance for good customer service -- you can go the extra distance to AutoDynamik. Pros: honest, complete service, low overhead more
