Luxury Lathering 7/12/2011

Just got my car washed and I am in a very good mood. I don't know why this place always puts me in such a good mood?! I think it's because of the kind staff or probably the fact that my car is spotless or MAYBE and most likely because of the massage chairs. Either way im one happy camper! more

Owner is a hothead with a reputation 6/24/2011

Took my kit car there for a brake and lamp inspection. I spoke with them on the phone and asked if they were familiar with special construction cars and they said they were. After completing the entire inspection Mark (who is a very nice guy) started asking about back up lights. They had me wait while they called the BAR and waited for a call back. (While I was waiting I called around and found that there were other shops that knew the regulations for my car and would pass it for $120 -$40 less). As I was waiting the owner asked if I needed help and I said, I would like to speak with Mark as I'm on my lunch hour and I don't have time to wait for the BAR so I'd like my car back and he flipped out! I was arguing my case and he calls me a redneck and tells me I'm stupid. I never said a derogatory word to him or Mark, I just felt like them charging me $159 for a 5 minute inspection and failing my car and having me wait while they research it was wrong. This is why I called them in the first place. more

My family and I have been taking our cars to Auto Care Experts for over 10 years and the shop has always been great to us. Their service and quality of jobs are fantastic and they fit us in any time. l have seen them stay past closing for us, they give us free loaner cars and good warranty and they are reasonable. I recommend this shop to every body more

No hassles, no pressure, just honest service! 5/25/2011

I brought my car in because I thought I needed my brake pads changed, but they checked it out and told me that I could still drive on the pads I had for another 7,000-10,000 miles. Apparently, certain pads sound squeaky even if they aren't worn out yet. (that was the squeaking that prompted me to take my car in) They were completely honest and amazingly efficient!! This is definitely my new car repair shop for years to come! No hassles, no pressure, just honest service! more

Highly recommend them as far as work quality goes. Price is average but worth it. If your going through insurance, I would say this is a good option. Turn-around is slow but they do good work and so worth the wait. more
