The most honest repair shop around. I thought I would pay a lot to get my car running again. My car stopped in the middle of the road and wouldn't start again. I had it towed there and they fix it fast and almost next to nothing. they even gave ma loaner car to pick my kids up fro school.\r Thanks guys.\r \r Keep up the good work more

VERY HONEST\r I towed my car in with what I thought would be a big problem and would cost me a lot to fix. John could have told me anything and I would have done it no matter what the cost was because I need my car to go to work and back home. But I was out of there in no time, spending next to nothing. I will never go anywhere but to them for my car needs.\They are good and very honest. more

I do not I repeat I do not RECOMMEND going to AUTO CARE CENTRAL for any car needs. I thought that I had found my new auto repair place being new to Texas went in for a oil change about two n a half weeks ago. They act like they gave me a oil change did'nt top off my fluid's or RECOMMEND that I needed any . Now I have to pay $3700 for a NEW ENGINE AND RADIATOR for repairs that could have been avoided if this COMPANY would have did what I went in for.......So upset right now...... more

I am appalled and outraged with this company. Obviously good business is something they aren't concerned with. I spent over $1600.00 to get my car fixed there, and to one week later have a part that was ""supposively"" replaced malfunction, when I contacted the office regarding this they told me that the part would be replaced for free, when I showed up they tried to charge me again for the part, even with a warranty they gave for the $1600.00 worth of work. I can only take this as trying to take advantage of me because I am a women, and didn't think that I had any knowledge of my automobile, what a poor excuse for a business person. I would watch out for this slime balls and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau for trying to again rip me off for services they had already completed and trying to double charge me. Watch out, take your care somewhere that is certified and will stand behind their warranty. more

But these people went right to the sorce of the problem did not try to sell me all the other repairs that was not needed to stop the oil leak and fixed it for me a almost 1/2 of what others wanted for it. I will go back when I need them again. more

I go to ACC for oil changes cause when they first opened this location they had a special on it, I continue to go there because their prices are the same as every other place basically but since they are a full auto shop if anything else is wrong with your vehicle they can diagnose and fix it at a good price. The waiting area is suprisingly nice too. The only negative is that for the same price of an oil change the place I used to go to would vaccume your floorboards and wash your windows too. more

Clean shop environment. Very good staff, greeted promptly and politely. Service was conducted quickly. I like the thorough checkpoints they provide for future service recommendations. I highly recommend them. more

I do NOT recommend using AUTO CARE CENTRAL(520 W. Pioneer PKWY. Grand Prairie Tx. ) for any Repairs they They tell you they will do a repair Charge you and then wont stand behind there work I'm very disappointed and out $469.00 more
