I have used 3 different credit card processing companies and by far this is the best. It was so easy for me, I don't want to spend my time setting up a credit card machine or my hard earned money buying or leasing one, and I didn't have to, with the help of this company. When I met Keith, I was already having problems with my current credit card processing company. He came by to discuss all my options. He was not pushy, just very straight forward on how he could do a much better job at a better price. I must admit, I wasn't very sure that the change would be smooth since there were already issues I had encountered with the other company. It was the smoothest transition ever. After 36 years of holding out from taking credit cards, reality that clients no longer carried checkbooks forced me to consider taking cards. I heard Keith give a presentation to his BNI group and asked to talk to him about accepting cards at my office. His explanation of the process was clear. After almost a year with him, I have had no problems with the system. Any questions I have about a bill he's answered and the one time it was incorrect he got it corrected. Keith was a great friend that was more educating me than trying to sell me. He sat with me and made me call the other credit card companies that I was considering and showed me how they were not telling me the truth and hiding most of the important details about getting an account and so I hung up the phone and he was assisting me and my company from the second we hung up and set everything up and it was so easy and hassle free and now I am very efficient and productive.
