Austintown Vet Clinic 2/19/2011

The best around. Brought all of my pets to Dr Baker since I was 23 yr and had wonderful care of my dogs and cats. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff does a great job, I know Debbie and Nancy well and the rest are just as wonderful. Dr. Greer is out standing. Dr. Baker only hires the best. more

my dog has just had dental surgery, and the Doctor that did the surgery is a great Vet. The way she treated us and our dogs was wonderful. I picked him up and he is doing great. the girls at the desk are good too. they help you out any way they can and try to answer an questions that you might have. I will always have my animals brought to the Austintown Vet Clinic. They are by far a very caring and loving stuff more

The best clinic ever 9/20/2010

I have been taking my pets to this clinic since 1978 and they are the best by far. The front desk staff is always wonderful and concerned for your pet, the technicians treat your pets as if they were their own and Dr. Baker and Dr. Bestic are superb.\r I lament the day when these two fine doctors are retired or practicing elsewhere. I just hope Dr. Baker finds more good vets before he retires!!! more

Unacceptable 2/17/2010

My dog first went in because she was having problems with diarrhea. They put her on forti-flora but it got worse and became bloody. She also developed some hairloss problems. I went back on a Friday to get blood work done. The results came in on a Monday and they told me that the doctor would call me with the results. I called them on Weds. after not hearing anything and was informed that the doctor started his vacation that morning and so I would have to wait until the following Monday to get the test. Definately, changing my vet. more

Dr Baker is Great....but 2/16/2010

I would give five stars to Dr. Baker. But when I was there with my dog, who was so scared she was shaking and crying, a female vet saw her. She snapped at my dog and said this animal needs training, she wasn't friendly at all. She made matters worse. To bad because Dr.Baker is great. But they lost my business and I found a vet who truly loves all animals. more

Austintown Veterinary Clinic has great Dr's, bad staff 10/9/2009

I would have to agree with a previous post. The ladies at the front desk have very bad attitudes and are very rude. On the other hand I really did like the Dr.'s there, they were very kind and considerate. But I refuse to spend my money where I am not treated accordingly. My advice would be to get new help in the front or have a meeting about Customer Service!!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the Dr. more

Great staff!! 7/18/2009

I've been taking my pet to the Austintown Veterinary Clinic for over 10 years. I cannot express enough how wonderful everyone is, from the front staff to the techs to the vets. Everyone has treated my pet and myself with nothing but respect and concern for the issues my pet has. The front staff has always made sure I was able to get my pet in when I call at the last minute. Thanks to their concern, I brought my dog in after a serious incident and it ended up saving her life. Dr. Bestic was wonderful before and after the surgery. I would recommend Austintown Veterinary Clinic to anyone who is looking for a new vet. more

Receptionists are unfriendly 10/15/2008

I can't take it any longer, I have endured the Nasty attitudes of the two ladies behind the counter for too long. I had heard ahead of time to just endure them, the vets are worth it. The Vets are Nice and very helpful but unfortunately not worth having to deal with these two ladies. I strongly recommend staying away from this clinic. If you think, no big deal, I can endure their shortness and rude behavior, Think again. When something is wrong with your beloved pet and you call, only to be dealt with first by someone with a nasty attitude, who frankly doesn't want to be bothered, its just not worth it!!! Get some new, friendly Receptionists/Secretaries, that is my advice to this Vet Clinic. more

Great staff 11/6/2005

The staff was very helpful and understanding. They were available to answer all my questions and concerns. The prices were a little expensive but it was well spent money. They took car of my sick little puppy just like it was their own. If you have a little extra money to spend than you should definitely go here. PROS: great staff and customer service CONS: a bit on the pricy side more

They're caring 7/25/2005

Overall this is a good veterinary clinic. The pricing is a little more then other places, but considering the location of the clinic, it is understandable. The staff is friendly and they're very understanding. They will also work with you. more
