I emailed a bunch of companies from work one day to get some ideas of pricing. Almost none of them bothered to email me back. I got an answer from them within 15 minutes with the info I needed, I called and a guy came out the same day to fix our door. Very prompt and courteous service. I was prepared to wait a couple of days to get service. Shelby was on site and had the door fixed in about 3 hours after I first called. Did a great job of explaining what he was going to do and why he was doing it. These guys are now in my file of 'preferred service providers'. more

The tech did a very good job. He arrived around one hour after I called and was very courteous. He offered options on the repair to improve the door's performance but I did not feel pressured to purchase. The door is working well now and I would call them in the future if I need any other repairs. more

My husband and I were completely lost when it came to buying a new garage door. My garage door got stuck last week as I was trying to leave for work. Thank goodness my car was outside the garage and not inside! The tech that answered for AustinTxGarageDoor gave me a simple answer- give him my address, he'd come by for free and check it out, and get back to me with a quote. I did, he did, and long story short...he called back with three options for fixing it, from low end to high end. I was able to make a decision based on what I could afford. He made time to come back after I got off of work for no charge, had the parts, and fixed it super quick. All in all, what could have been an ordeal turned out to be a minor inconvenience.
