Austin Telco Federal Credit Union

This location is fantastic! I love the Cypress Creek, Shoal Creek, and Jollyville branches. Pecan Park is the most convenient for me, but they have terrible service there. Mainly, it's the branch manager at Pecan Park that is an issue. I have been with this credit union for 14+ years. I have had multiple issues regarding their service and performing their jobs correctly at that 1 branch only. Each time, the same manager is condescending to me, and will not admit that she is unable to properly train her tellers there. Nearly every time I go to that location, one lane is always empty on deposit slips, whether it's 1st thing in the morning, mid day, or end of day. I will be boycotting that location for good now. If that was the only location, I would close both of my accounts here, but thankfully that is not the only one. This is a great credit union to go with, just stay away from that location. It really gives ATFCU a bad name & reputation! more

I had a check come thru the evening before my direct deposit. They charged me 24.00 for the check coming thru before the deposit, but because of the 24.00 dollars that they charged me, it bounced out a debit transaction for 6.78 and they charged me 24.00 for that also. So they are no different than any other bank,credit union. Everybody is money hungry and this bank is no different. I mean for a few sodas and a newspaper it cost me over thirty dollars. Thanks Austin Telco. Will be moving as soon as I can find somebody that is trustworthy. more
