The guys at Austin Rent Way get it! They know that folks renting equipment need it to work when they get it and they know that time is money. I've rented here many, many times and I keep coming back because of the great customer service and their attention to detail.\r \r It's not to say that I haven't had something breakdown but with all mechanical equipment problems happen sometimes. It's how they deal with these problems; giving extra time to complete the job, exchanging equipment if needed or in my last experience walking me through how to solve the problem (operator error) over the phone. \r \r I'll keep coming back. more

This person stoe my credit card 6/11/2012

This person stoe my credit card information, I made a one time transaction with this person over the phone on June 8, 2012 for the amount of $43.28 ad on the 11th of June this person saved my card information and then charged my card for $146.07 and extra amont in addition to the first amount e ha overdrafted my ban account and I live on social security and I tod hm that I did not authorize thetransaction and he hung up on me and he is refusing to give my bank information of his merchant ID so that I can dispte the charge. He has fraudulently sed my credit card information and sole my money from me and I am pessing thef charges against him. Pros: null Cons: null more
