I recently needed a wire added to the back of a piece of art work for hanging. I am brand new to the area, and just happened to see Art USA from the street and stopped by. When I walked in the owner greeted me, and asked what he could assist me with. I told him I had a simple job that needed to be performed, but didn't have the materials/tools to do it myself. He assessed what it was that I needed. Then he took the art work, and scurried off to the back room. I asked him how much it would be for the job, and he being a good business owner told me that it was on him. He made quite an impression on me, and even though it is several miles away from my home- I will be bringing several things to him in the future based on what he did for me without asking. Art USA has the 5 star customer service you aren't lucky enough to find everywhere these days. more

Best art gallery and frame shop in Austin!!!!!!!!! 9/12/2009

This is the best kept secret in town.This small but stylish gallery-frame shop is tucked away on the southwest corner of the Bee Caves Rd/Walsh Tarlton Shopping center behind Chase Bank.The gallery part of the store houses a incredible selections of art, especially pieces from a young upcoming artist named Melissa Kotseva.Her work is abstract impressionism and is breathtaking.You must see it!! The framing part of the gallery has the best selection of frame in town.The atmosphere is beyond friendly and helpful.They go out of their way to make the customer happy.Framing is fast and professional. Don't miss out on this fabulous gallery in West Lake Hills. Pros: The gallery is wonderful with art for everyone's style. Cons: There are NO cons. more

We have all our art and photos framed at ArtUSA. They have a very wide selection of mats and mouldings. Quality is always consistent. We recommend all our clients go there as well for their art and framing needs. Pros: Large selection of mats and mouldings. Knowledgeable staff. Nice gallery with work of local artists. more
