I was an inpatient there early April and helped greatly. The staff was friendly, compassionate, and caring. However, when I called back for more help with medications after my doctor could not be located after 6 attempts, the staff refused to help me, refused to see me, refused to allow me to see a doctor, and when I told the lady in admitting that she wasn't being very helpful, she hung up on me. They completely failed to provide any help after telling me not to hesitate to come back any time I needed help. I considered suicide after the lady hung up on me. If you need their help, you will have to go ahead and attempt suicide and then have someone call 911.
