The office staff was kind and friendly and made me feel at ease since my anticipation was fearful being a new patient there. I appreciated the comforting words and conversation and Dr. Spott was professional and easy to talk to along with his assistant. more

good experience today 7/21/2010

I was in the chair for almost 3 hours today (planned that way) and I have to say the entire staff bent over backwards to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Checkout was also a (much improved) smooth process today. more

Great Visit! 7/15/2010

There was a little wait in between xrays and cleaning, but not too bad. I knew to expect 2 hours because thats what the receptionist told me so that was great, I actually got out before my 2 hours was up. I've been to other dentists that have the xray that just goes around the head, I have to say I prefer that way. The taking the xrays of one tooth at a time takes too long and is uncomfortable. But that's a little find. The dr. and hygienist were really great and easy to talk to. Thanks! more

Fabulous Whitening Experience 6/11/2010

I visited Gentle Dental today for the Zoom! whitening process, and I was nervous about the implications and potential sensitivity, but Veronica, the technician was great! She made the process seem as "painless" and comfortable as possible. She was very careful to cover all the necessary details and check on me throughout the process. more

4 teeth 18,19,30,31 5/12/2010

Had to have surgery on 18,19 due to infection in Jaw area,Dr. Spott was great and "gental" Dr. K took over treatment for rebuilding and extended work on crowning, This was good too, I think. more

Cleaning 4/29/2010

I have been coming to the Delray Gentle Dental for more years than I know. There have been few bad experiences. The only one thing that ticks me off is the times I have had to wait to be seen. I understand that things happen! What I don't understand is why the office can't notify a patient when the doctor/hygienist is running late and allow the patient the opportunity to come in a little later and not sit in the waiting room for a half an hour or more. My time is very valuable to me. more

I had a root canal done and the Dentist used my chest to lay his instruments on. Which is weird in its own right, a putty filled thing fell off my chest and went into my hair I picked it out getting putty in my hair and handed it to the Dentist he put it back on my chest and then proceeded to use it in my tooth. more
