I brought my vacuum in for repair & service. The "experts" at Audrey's misidentified a part they needed to order, and required I prepay for. After a 7 week backorder of the wrong part, and no use of my vacuum, the useless part came in. \r
Despite my receipt clearly stating "merchandise exchange or store credit" Audrey refused. Is this Legal?? Nowhere does my receipt say final sale. Audrey's response was an empty "sorry we can't help you".\r
By the way, Audrey's charges $85 for basic vacuum service. Levesque's in Hooksett, NH charges $39, does an AWESOME job, and has a 1 week turnaround time.
