Brought my car in for audio equipment installation and radar/laser detector system. Audio Creations left a hole in the front of my console leading into the engine area -- lots of noise when driving. When approached Audio Creations they said this is how it is supposed to be. Took car to different shop, who fixed hole as well as re-aligned laser jammers (Audio Creations did not install correctly). Would NOT recommend using them to anyone, regardless of type/cost of vehicle. Audio Creations is rated as an ""F"" on Better Business Bureau -- enough said!! more

Remote start was installed great, half assed car audio installation. Had major ground noise, due to poorly run wires, had an amp failure because they broke a RCA jack and instead of pulling the broken male piece out they just pushed another RCA jack in which shorted out the amp. Car got flooded due to poor sealing of the power cable coming through the fire wall and I now have my carpets out drying and have to reseal it properly myself. To sum it up I am not a happy customer of Audio Creations. Find someone else to do your audio installation. My more

I worked with Billy on my Maserati, he did thousands of dollars worth of work. I find they did the work flawlessly, and made the units work beyond the ability of the units. I have also had Audio Creations do powder coating on the wheels and calipers. I receive compliments almost on a daily basis. I reccomend these guys without hesitation. I bought by 3 cars to billy the owner Ferrari 360, Porsche c4s and a Lamborghini Gallardo. i was a little hesitant at first, especially after reading some of the reviews on this site. FOR ANY ONE READIND THIS REVIEW LET ME TELL YOU THIS PLACE IS AWESOME, THE WORK IS IMPECCABLE. THE CUSTOM WORK IN THE GALLARDO BLEW ME AWAY. BILLY WAS A MAN OF HIS WORD. I had a sub enclosure put in and asked them to make a box so it doesn't take up too much room and i wanted to control it remotely and have the capability to turn the amp on and off and the bass level....there response ""Oh yea, that's easy it can be done."" Come to find out it didn't work and it only controlled the bass level. So then i was lead to believe it was the wrong switch and it will be ordered.....""I'll call u when it comes in"", says Billy. I never received a call and was brushed off every time i called. I guess he's still at his old games ""over promising and under delivering"" to pay for that yellow lambo, grey range rover sport and fun times at the BLUE MARTINI. They installed a great stereo on my boat. Not just a stereo. 6 x 10's , 4 pairs of mids and highs. Its LOUD. Just like i WANTED. iTS GOT LOUD BASS JUST LIKE I ASKED. The owner took his time with and educated me on the pros and the cons on what I was choosing on stereo equipment and I was highly satisfied. Wish I had more money to spend. Pros: Great Shop!! more

I cant believe the guy that sold me my Maserati would recommend this place. The Ipod integration unit only produced a high frequency noise, even though they ""fixed"" it twice. I should have had it removed after the initial installation as now I am in Colorado and left with the botched install. I guess the owner has to rip off a lot of people to pay for his Lambo. I am not going to give any details about how they screwed up my car, just a warning to all you honest people out there like me who are willing to pay a fair price for good work: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS if you value your car, money and time! You have been warned! more

My speakers started cutting on and off shortly after an install from Audio Creations in Boca Raton, so I decided to take my door apart to see what was going on. To my dismay, my speaker wire was caught between the door and the speaker with a screw through it. WHAT? Don't these guys pay attention to what they are doing? My guess is that since they where late THREE DAYS LATE to deliver my car they were rushing at the end of the install. That shows they planning and time management skills. NOT GOOD. Oh, do not let me forget. THESE FOLKS WORK 9AM to 5PM, HOW CONVENIENT IS THAT?!?!?!?!?! more

They charged me almost 2k just for labor in my install, I had all the parts. They mounted the amps blocking the fans, and off course they overheated. They had to re -mount them. I paid for expensive Stinger wires and they gave me cheap ones. My subs were hooked up with those red and black wires that come with cheap walmart speakers. They did not how to wire my AudioControl DQL-8, I had to go there, read the manual, figure it out in five minutes and tell them how to do it, it worked.\r \r To give them a second change I called them recently, I spoke to Billy, the owner about hooing up an Alpine VBA-B222 vehicle hub pro. This is a complicated install so I asked him if he was familiar with the unit. I immediateli realized that he was not but he tried to give me the runaround to get my business anyway. So I asked again if he was familiar with the unit or not, he hanged up on me. Way to go Billy!!!\r \r I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!!! Cons: All more

i would rather them take their time, i guess that is why all my product is 100% perfect and ive never had any problems that are directly their fault. The reason i took the time out of my day to respond to these complaints is because i support Billy and his shop and have ALWAYS have had quality work done, these people obviously went to him bacuse they dont know how to do it themselves or what they are talking about so .. if you want cheap labor half done work you could always go somewhere else, but youll end up back at their shop for them to fix it like everyone else.and for the kid complaining about the wire c'mon.. you cant tell the diffence by looking at the wire.. all speaker wire is red and black and have a positive and negative.. its the inner workings of the wirirng that counts so if YOU think its cheap then thats you, but they only have stinger and jl wire.. ive been in the back. the 2K in labor is deff BS unless they had to fix someone elses mess. they do good work but you have to let them do their job and realize that it is new tachnology and products.. if you couldnt do it yourself so it must not be an easy project.. think before you speak! Excellent! I highly recommend them. I'm writing because I read a bad review and I'm shocked that anyone could say such a thing! I've known these guys for over a year their work is impeccable! I've taken 3 cars there and they have always done an outstanding job. Best installation, wiring, equipment and follow up ever. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. The first job was a Pioneer Z1 Navigation system in my truck; Wow! Later we got stereo upgrades, XM radio, Blue Tooth wireless phone capabilities and most recently added an I-Pod connection to my son's car. I trust them completely. I sent my supervisor there and he raves about what a great job they did on his new Lexus. They also did his wife's car. I've referred many friends to them and everyone was impressed with the work. The shop is high tech and spotless. The prices are fair. The equipment and service is first rate. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Pros: Best equipment and installation anywhere. Cons: They are booked. Awful costumer service. These guys own the shop and have no idea what they are doing. There was used equipment put in my vehicle and the wiring was a disaster! I found out all of this after I had to take something inside apart, when I started taking piece by piece of my vehicle apart I discovered more and more problems. Then dented my door, and ruined about 2000.00 worth of wires and equipment including the 700.00 speakers they talked me into getting, and they don't even sound good. After I sorted out the mess the way they had wired my navigation and stereo actually ruined it and I had to get a new one. The nav/radio blew up right in the guys hand that was inspecting the mess. He was a manager at circuit city & he laughed at the job, then mentioning that he had seen other vehicles Audio Creations had done that were worse then mine. A total mess, they wouldn't give me my money back they just offered to fix it, but by then they had done enough damage not to mention the vehicle is a brand new (08' $50,000) I wouldn't recommend them if you paid me to do it. I feel bad for the people who take their cars in and have no clue about what's going on. If I didn't know anything about stereos I NEVER would have thought twice about what they did, so if you've had some work done by them you might what to get it checked out so you don't end up with a caracoled hunk of metal. Yes, that's right the wiring was so bad my vehicle almost caught fire. Talk about a serious headache! Pros: When you walk in your fooled by a nice store set up, you think postive by your over all observation & man are you WRONG! Cons: Everything; these guys are con artists.
