Superior Customer Service 9/4/2014

From the moment we were picked up at the airport by our salesman Rodrigo Martinez until we drove off the lot, we were treated like a member of a royal family. Rodrigo, Polo, Hugo, Peter, Edwardo, and everyone else made our visit into the best car buying experience ever. Traveling nearly 1000 miles from Memphis, TN was well worth it and we will most certainly do it again when it is time to buy our next Audi Q7. Thanks again guys. more

new car purchase 9/4/2014

Promised delivery date was not met and I believe it had to do with a "sales Event" scheduled later that week and I had the new A3 convertible! Also, This was the first new car purchase to have 55 miles on the odometer!!! All the other new cars I have purchased before had less than 10. All other aspects of the dealership and sales force were great more

Service department was open even before than scheduled. Offered a ride, coffee and a comfy waiting area. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Work was completed faster than expected. Car delivered clean and in excellent working condition. Labor a bit overpriced. Overall, excellent service. more
