No one likes to have to take their cars in for repairs but the staff at Audi of San Juan try and accommodate your needs as much as possible, especially with a loaner vehicle. I'm glad a purchased an Audi. more

Excellent and professional personnel 9/19/2014

This is my second purchase from Audi San Juan and I will continue to do business with them in the future. Adrian the sales person I have dealt with is very professional and at no time have I ever felt pressured to buy a vehicle. I also live out of town so being able to pull up and get out of the dealership within an hour is also a time saver. more

Great Customer Service, Great Environment 9/16/2014

Best experience in Audi by far compared to other dealerships visited on my quest to find the best car to settle down with. Alex, Rigo, as well as everyone else were very attentive and helpful from the first day I went to look at the inventory, to the day I drove off with the correct choice in vehicle. I believe i made the right choice in dealership and would definitely recommend to others. more
