In Sept I put money down on very specific Audi in Seattle. The dealer stalled me, pushed out the delivery date past the guarantee of my very good financing. When I pointed out that other dealers had the exact car I was looking for, they did little to help connect me with the Audi of my dreams. \r \r Then came Travis and Jacob of Wilsonville Audi. Found the white Audi TTS that I was looking for - only three hours south of Seattle in Oregon. They helped me work out the deal with my bank in a matter of hours over email. Jacob responded to emails quickly. They found great discounts that I didn't know I was eligible for - like the Audi Loyalty discount. The next day I took the train from Seattle to Portland and Travis picked me up at Union Station - he's a sweety! Within an hour, I was out the door with my brand new Audi TTS and off to visit a friend in the area. Travis and Jacob did a great job to get me the car I wanted with the features I wanted. I had an absolute fantastic experience with the folks at Audi Wilsonville. I worked very closely with Kevin Fields who was an absolute pleasure to work with! He made the wait for my 2014 Audi worth the wait! I have purchased several cars in the past (Mercedes and BMW) and was expecting a similar experience. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure everything exceeded my expectations! Kevin even helped me craft an ad to sell my old car and provided me with up to date information on pricing and what I could expect to sell it for! Upon delivery, I was introduced to Rocco who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful familiarizing me with my new car! I had the unique opprotunity to work with two seperate salespeople and found Josh Jeffery, internet sales specialist, to be more interested in closing the deal than learning about my car needs. On the other hand I found Joe Hermes to be very personable and knowledgeable and I would recomend Joe to anyone although caution you against blindly trusting Josh. more

Their online negotiating tools are bar none the best in the business and take all the pressure and unwanted sales tactics encountered at other dealerships out of the equation. Scott Larson and Kevin Fields were a pleasure to deal with and made everything easy and a real pleasure throughout the entire process. Sam Gilbert made the financing painless, clear and concise. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Truly outstanding service from all of them. I cross-shopped with several dealerships in Washington (Larson, Barrier) and Sunset in Oregon and Audi Wilsonville simply beat their offers and customer service by a long shot. I will be sure to refer all of my friends and family and to continue to buy my vehicles from them in the future. As a Washington resident, it's definitely worth the drive and then some. more
