I love my new Q5 5/30/2012

This was my first automobile purchase in 20 years. It was an enjoyable experience! Everyone appeared to really care that I was totally satisfied. I love my new Q5. They provided a very good option to my budget. Considerations that allowed me to get the extended warranty. more

A class above other dealerhips 5/24/2012

I very much appreciated the assistance of everyone at the dealership and the courtesy with which I was treated. They were a class above every other dealership with which I worked and ultimately that was why I purchased my car from them. Danny spent a lot of time going over the features of the car with me which made it much easier to learn all of the new technology in my new car. more

Competitive pricing 5/24/2012

I stopped at this Audi location en route to several large Audi dealerships in the Bay Area just to see what they had in their inventory. To my surprise I found myself purchasing a vehicle from them because of their competitive pricing, but mostly because and the family atmosphere. The deal was no nonsense. more

Very nice and helpful 5/15/2012

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The shuttle was waiting for me when the check in was done and I was dropped off promptly which was awesome! When they called to tell me my car was ready they had the shuttle on stand by which I loved. My car was ready when they said it would be and I was on my way. My car was beautiful when I picked it up. It was wonderful. more

Genuinely seemed to care 4/26/2012

The salesman who worked with me was the most articulate, personable and insightful car salesman I have ever worked with and I have purchased over fifteen cars. He made the whole experience very easy and genuinely seemed to care whether I was satisfied. I will buy another car from him. Everyone at the dealership was just as friendly and helpful. I will recommend Audi to my friends over the Lexus I have been driving and will certainly send them to Alex for questions regarding a purchase. I personally advised four friends to buy a Lexus over the last ten years but my allegiance is now with the Audi A6. more
