Danny Chantharath is the man to call when you want a straight-talking, well-educated, & extremely professional Audi sales specialist. I did my own research, of course, but Danny, without being pushy, guided me through the process, and in the end, delivered me the best deal & car. I shopped San Francisco, & San Jose, yet Danny here in Monterey gave me an A++ transaction. Call him when you want to buy your new Audi. more

The Monterey Audi team at Cardinale was awesome. Sal was able to fultill the A4 we were looking for. The team we worked with when picking up the car was Peter and Danny. We were very pleased with their attention and outstanding service. They were able to answer all the questions we had and we left feeling very confident. Everyone from the sales staff to service to the mechanics are extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. My experiences at Audi Monterey have been the most enjoyable car buying experience to date. I have been a Lexus customer for the last 12 years (3 RX's) and I was worried about leaving their remarkable service department here in Monterey. And yet, the first experience I had at Audi was absolutely exceptional.... beyond all expectations. I love the Q5 and now feel confident about endorsing their service department as well. The manager, Cheri, was professional in every way! I can only hope all my service calls run as smoothly. more
