I bought a two year old ford fusion and I love the car. I got a very good deal, my sales person was very knowledgeable and he even introduced me to the service manager. the service manager took the time to explain their hours and procedures. I will go there for all of my maintenance services and they even offer detailing for a reasonable price. It does not make sense to me to purchase a new car when I can get a two year old car with only 20,000 miles on it and it looks like new. He took his time with me when I drove three different vehicles. Decisions like this never came easy for me. I bought a Honda Accord in the beginning of May. When I purchased the vehicle my sales person and I noticed that I did not have a manual or a keyless entry. He and the manager both assured me that they would order these items and have our parts dept call when they come in. The very next day, I received a call from Tom in the parts dept telling me the order has been placed and when to expect a follow up call to program vehicle to my keyless entry. My only complaint is that I would of liked to have a manual and keyless entry at time of when I bought my Accord but I thought Auction Direct handled my issue in a very professional manor. I now have items that was promised. more

I have been shopping for weeks and keep getting the typical car dealership game of ""salesperson to manager"" etc. I am tired of this! I was leaving Carmax and saw Auction Direct on my way home. I went thru the front door with the same feeling I have had at all of the other dealerships the past week. To make a long story short.....I bought a car from auction direct and had the greatest experience I have ever had buying a car. There were no games or gimmiks. My salesperson actually seemed to have my best interests in mind. His name was Steven and he did not care that I was buying a $10,000 and under car. He was great. His sales manager Brandon was even more accomidating when we got to the ""numbers part"" of the purrchase. They treated me with respect and did not try to pressure me. I bought two honda accords from this place and have not had any problems with either car. I had both checked out uder the hood by a freind and all was good. However do look at ALL the paper work becuase they gave me a extended warranty for 2,000.00. And did no want it. But you can cancel it. I trust their cars plus know a guy who can check the engine with a computer so No need for the warranty. Everyone was very polite and professional. Loved my accords. may buy another from them. more
